Really rude service. I asked the lady at the counter if there is a pork option for the rice plate, she pointed to the menu in a tone as if I were retarded and illiterate. My eyes couldn't see far (near-sighted). Quality of food isn't good either. Pork wasn't grilled properly. I think it was reheated from the fridge and wasn't made fresh. I could tell.
I’ve come here probably three times and though the food is okay, each time it’s the lady taking the orders, I have wanted to tell her that her attitude is horrible. You SHOULD NOT be working in customer service if you don’t have a certain level of decency and respect. I ask questions and she’s very short as if I’m annoying her with my questions. I’ve felt bad to write this review but now looking at some of the other reviews, it’s not just me that she is this way towards. Pho Spoon, please train her to treat customers better. That reason alone could be why people don’t return. I should not be leaving this restaurant feeling as though I’m a bother when she takes my orders.
One of our favorite take out food places, we love their Thai tee, dumplings, spring rolls, banh mi and vermicelli! Thank you for great service!

Couple of things I didn’t like about this place: We placed an order of 6 banh mi and a chicken fried rice, lady said 15 min wait. When I asked what my total would be, she simply said “have to wait” meaning once I got to restaurant, ok figured they were busy and it was my fault for placing an order while driving and not looking at the menu. We waited a total of 37 min for food. Food was ok but not worth coming back honestly. When I asked for siracha sauce, she handed me 2small packets. I asked for more since I had 6 banh mi and she proceeded to give me 2 more since “they don’t give sirachas with sandwiches” I apologize for breaking your bank with the extra siracha sauce. I agree with other comments, did not like cashier’s attitude!
I’ve been okay with this place lately but today just disappointed. The noodles were not cooked through, they were out of chili sauce, and the lady at the front counter just didn’t have the best customer service personality about it. Kind of short/rude. See the picture, you can tell by looking the noodles weren’t cooked. They were still firm and had a crunch to the bite. Also this is how they serve SOUP… smh
We love Pho Spoon. Very clean, very nice, and great food. This is a reliable go-to place when I don't want to cook and am tired of traditional fast food.
I forgot my mask and they refused to serve me I have the Vaccine Shots but I think they don’t care. Bad Service. But I love the Food only.
