Had a wonderful experience I was welcomed and seated very quickly. My waiter was very friendly and welcoming. Didn’t let us get to the bottom for another drink. Just overall appreciate how genuine and he really left an impression. The food was really good to we had the loaded potatoes skins as an appetizer and they were perfect not hard not soft and just enough crunchy. My husband got the bucket of bones and the ribs were good the wings were a little dry though they were dried up like where did the sauce go. Wasn’t to expensive. But this rating is due to the waiter. He asked me and my husband if I would like a to go cup and no restaurant has ever asked me that!! Just thought of everything. It was a great vibe definitely will be coming back! Thank you Jacob! really made our little date night hat much better.
TGI Fridays was once my go to place for wings. They had large sized wings that filled you up. I recently visited the same establishment I use to frequent and the wings were super small and they cost more. As I looked around the restaurant at other people's wings it was the same, small wings. Not sure why that's the case (possible cost by weight) but it just doesn't sit well with me when I know what I use to get from this place. Nevertheless, the flavors were amazing and the atmosphere was pretty welcoming as well. I will be back just not for the small wings.
Staying at a nearby Hotel and flying outta Houston in the morning. Stopped here to grab a bite. Loved the Potato Skins. Cajun Shrimp n Chicken Pasta was great, I shared my plate with my 17 month old grandson. My son ordered a Loaded Cheese Fry Burger.. So good!! Daughter ordered a steak with mashed potatoes and cole slaw. Great service. Thank you.
My waiter Jacob was the greatest he was so polite and energetic and he brought me the greatest mixed drink with my favorite cotton candy in it. I ordered the chicken whiskey glaze meal with two chicken sliders with sesame seasoning on it and two baby back ribs which were to die for they were like heaven in your mouth the whole meal was just awesome I had never eaten there but I promise you I will be back soon very soon I love the food and the service was just awesome and it was clean environment it's so friendly the whole atmosphere was just warm and welcoming. I think this is my new go to place for a good home cooked meal
We went there for our oldest daughter's 17th birthday dinner. Upon entry we were greeted by a wonderful hostess. They seated us immediately. Our waitress was attentive yet very timid. The burgers were delicious and cooked to our liking. On the other hand, the Southwest Potato Twisters were EXTREMELY SALTY. The time of service was very acceptable. We felt the prices to be very fair. This restaurant would have received a five-star review if it was not for the over salted Southwest Potato Twisters that my youngest daughter ordered.
If you want the best service. Ask for Kayla - hope I’m spelling that right. She was amazing from beginning to end. Explained the menu items well, gave great feedback and recommendations. Overall spirit just made it a really great visit.Any errors or complications which was on the food side. She took care of and rectified. Good customer service is hard to find. She need be a manager but then I would loose out on her service.The food was ok. Came out on time. Loved loved loved the mash potatoes and their boneless chicken.
Horrible experience, food was horrible, I got home and gave the food to my dogs, ALSO, tgif charged my card 3 times, 3 different amounts on days i wasn’t even in the restaurant.. called the manager multiple times, all they could say that it was a system error. VERY FRAUDULENT. I’ll never eat here agin.
Our waitress was great. I can't remember her name cus im terrible with names. She's a super friendly ginger with a nose piercing and tattoo's. My wife got the fried shrimp and i got the fish and chips. Beer's were cold, food was hot and yummy and our waitress took great care of us. Had an excellent time.
Went here for a family birthday celebration. The waiter was good and attentive. Unfortunately, I had mold in my beverage cup and another person in our group had a roach in his salad. Sad to say that this will be our last time visiting this TGI Fridays location.
Enjoyed green beer and a tossed green salad on St Patrick's Day. Great service at the bar.
