This place is horrible would not recommend to anyone… one good thing is the little cashier girl.. keep telling me sorry for the food taking too long. It’s not her fault.. but food took forever.. than rice cook to mush… my steak taste dry like beef jerky
The protein in both bowls ordered were burned. We waited nearly 50 minutes for our food and was not impressed.
I like the food. But when I come in every time there is food on the tables that have not been cleaned. I have to wait at the register for someone to help me, last time it was more than 5 minutes. The floors are sticky and there is trash on the floor. Not sure if they need more people working!
This is the best place I've have ever found to eat teriyaki style food ! They have lots different combinations you can try and the sauce they use Is outstanding ! And to top it off their employees go above and Beyond to make you happy so it's a win win place to eat! My opinion it just can't be beat ! If you love teriyaki chicken and or steak like I do then definitely give this place a try trust me you won't be disappointed BUT why take my word for it try it out for yourself…me and my kids loved it :)
Second time here. Months in between. Super slow service. They were not busy at all so don’t understand this place at all. Lesson learned. Don’t tip ahead of time.
I'm glad I didn't read the reviews of this establishment prior to giving it a shot. We first planned to stop at Chipotle, but I wanted to try something new. I'm so happy we did. This steak and broccoli ? I'm crunching on now is delicious ??. We also ordered the orange chicken, fried rice, & vegetables. I would give them 10-stars for the vegetables alone. (I like my veggies slightly cooked with a small crunch. Nothing soft! These were perfect ??) If I'm being totally honest, the orange chicken is delicious, but the steak was only mediocre (3-stars). I'd give the fried rice 2-stars because they were gummy, BUT these vegetables & chicken make up for everything. Also, we only waited 6 minutes and the food was fresh & piping hot. (2pm, $22)*Good job guys! I will return and I want my veggies with a crunch ?
I frequently come here for the great food and great team that make this place run. I have never had any problems with food or anything else. the food is fantastic. the place is so clean. recommend
I have gotten food 3 times in the past month from this place, the first time I stopped in and ordered, was told they were out of orange chicken, no problem…. An hour later we finally get our order and leave to eat at home. Food tasted pretty good. The second time I placed an order online. While I was still running errands in humble by sams, order was said to be ready for 5:09 I got there at 5:20 and my food was not ready. I sit and wait, after 30 minutes of waiting I asked about my order and they claimed that the chicken wasn’t “temping” out. Another 15 minutes I asked about my food and this time they tell me they didn’t have a ticket for what I claimed to have ordered, so I pull up my order in my email. Finally get my food 15 minutes after having to show my order. But food was good! Tonight!! Tonight I literally threw almost a full double protein bowl away! It tasted terrible! I tried to eat it because it’s not cheap. But it was just terrible! The spicy chicken was black and burnt! And I mean BURNT! The orange chicken was hard, the vegetables were soggy and gross, and the rice tasted like it was previously cooked hours before and was hard! Absolutely terrible! For the amount of money I have spent to have to waste it. I can understand being short staffed, just take your time and do your best, your customers appreciate honesty and would prefer you to make sure the meal they purchased tastes good and isn’t burnt and the rice isn’t hard and disgusting. Please re-evaluate the way things are being done and help us continue to love your business.
Currently waiting on food but so far the drinks are a bust. Dr.Pepper was FLAT so I told a staff member, she disappeared. Stood around waiting thinking she was getting another canister or whatever needed to switch out. Nope. Asked for sweet tea instead, “oh sorry, we’re out.” Was told I could get a drink by the register, I don’t like Pepsi so I grabbed a water. We paid $3 each for drink cups to end up with 4 waters. $62 total….we’ll see about the food but I’m thinking this will be just another place to avoid.
I’ll start my review by saying that I never write bad reviews, unless it was truly a horrible experience.I went here once and the service was less than ideal. I was there for an entire hour for my food and left with nothing. No exaggeration; I legitimately waited for 55 minutes. I was with a friend who ordered directly after I did and got her food within 20 minutes. Now, I do take into account that they were having computer trouble that evening. However, they managed to get the 7 orders after mine out just fine.I asked for a refund because I had to leave to go to my little brother’s choir concert. They assured me I would see it in 3-7 business days. During my entire experience with them I was nothing but polite, kind, and understanding because I’ve worked customer service for years. I’ve always appreciated the customers who can calmly tell me the issue without being rude, disrespectful, or yelling.I waited two weeks because it fell on a holiday weekend. Nothing. Went back after an additional week and the manager said it was because nobody sent a picture of the receipt to the owner. So she took a picture and sent it to him on Facebook messenger. She assured me I would see it in yet another 3-7 business days. Nothing, yet again. It has now been 2-3 months and still nothing. Only posting now because I had forgotten during the madness of the holiday season that just passed.I know it seems ridiculous to care this much, but it’s about principle. The money doesn’t matter, but the service and doing the right thing does. I even went back once after to actually try the food and it was not very good. It was very, very salty and you could feel the texture of all of the seasoning powder (I love lots of seasoning but I don’t want the texture of the powder). I was disappointed to say the least.
