Did a call-in order via phone, however upon arrival you cannot receive your call-in order from the drive-thru. Unfortunately you have to enter the restaurant and wait on the front desk cashier who took your phone order over the phone to present you your food. She's fully responsible for making sure you receive everything for your order. Who came up with this call-in policy & procedure. Food was at the authentic highly desired standard, that policy & procedure needs changing. This was a triple digit order, I didn't understand why the drive-thru attendant could not retrieve my order, take my payment, earn a TIP! Nobody, and I mean nobody else was in the drive-thru with me.
So we used to go to this place somewhat often… long story short we were charged $400.00 for only drinks and 2 rounds of shots. We did not eat any food. Oh and we bought 2 staff members shots when we all took them…. We will not be back unfortunately….typically our bills is only 50.00 for 2 dinners and a couple of beers.
The food is very good and great prices. Love the fresh limeade. Food is authentic. Lots of tables to sit down and enjoy your meal
Our food had chicken that wasnt deboned or or trimmed. We werent able to eat the food. The Green Enchiladas with shredded chicken and the burrito that was supposed to be fajita chicken, also had the same shredded chicken. I used to love eating from this location, but obviously something has changed and the nasty taste of the unedible food is still lingering in my palate as of this morning. 42 bucks gone to waste. thanks.
Awesome friendly service, delicious food, lively atmosphere. We normally go for breakfast, but this time, we went late night and it was even better. The shrimp poppers appetizer are sooooo good. Real Mexican cokes and Horchata are the bomb. All of the food is good and fresh.
Have been coming here for years and the breakfast, prices and service has been very good. Today the service was not so good. Waited forever for our waitress to come so we could get a coffee refill. By the time she finally showed up it was with the check. So I asked for 2 coffees to go but she said we would be charged extra for the to go coffees and just walked away! Won't be visiting here in the near future. El Jalapeno n FM 1960 East gives better service great breakfast and free coffee refills to go! Either this place has changed their policy or Maricela must have been having a bad day!
The food was excellent! The chicken #7was juicy and tender. The green sauce they bring to the table in the bottles is to die for. Definitely recommend to try if your in the area.
I started going to Arandas 30 years ago and it was the best. Food was excellent and that Green Salsa! The thing is though they went down hill and I stop going. I haven't been back in 10 years but I first went because of a last resort and I was so impressed with the improvement. I decided to take my family Friday and the food was perfect. The service was good too no complaints here only complements.
Delicious shrimp burrito! I can do without the cooked lettuce. Love the drive thru option. Customer service is always on point to and very pleasant.
Their dessert is so good. I couldn't wait before taking the photo.
