Worst taco ever!! The taste is one thing, but being served frozen salsa is the worst thing you could do. The taco was tiny, meat was tough and had zero flavor. The rice was so clumpy and bland that we couldn't eat it. The food went straight to the trash bin. Drive thru was alright though.Don't go to this place, they need to be shut down.
It pains me to write this. Taco Cabana is the only fast food restaurant I will go to and I was so excited when they opened one in this area… but it is absolutely awful. I’ve given them years to get it right and (other than the first ~6 months after they opened) every experience has been a horrible one. The food quality is okay but the service is just so bad, so, so bad it’s like they’re trying. They absolutely do not care and it seems this comes from the top; bad owners=bad management=unhappy employees=terrible service.
I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. I made eye contact with serveral employees in the back and nothing. Then one asked if I was ready to order and I informed yes I’ve been waiting for 5 minutes and they proceeded to argue amongst themselves about how long I was up instead of taking my order. I will not be patronizing this location again and I now understand why half the taco cabana locations have shutdown in this area if their service is like this
Placed a mobile order 40 minutes before we got there and still had to wait 30 minutes before we got our food. Seemed like there were 2 people working in the entire place. Food was good, just very slow service. They were doing their best though
Good food. The service wasnt all that great. IT seemed like we (the customers) were being avoided. There should always be someone up front but there wasn't besides the one on break who pretended we didn't exist. Then she seemed put out when after 5 minutes of standing there to order i asked her if someone was working the register. What happened to good service. Especially for the price of their food, it should come with a bottle of dom perignon.
Don’t do it. Worst TC experience ever. Half of our food was missing but it was all on the receipt. My enchiladas were literally flat. Hubby’s Beyond Meat taco had a single (just one small) meatball! My green sauce was brown AND they only gave us a half scoop of rice to go with 1.5 scoops of beans. Who does that??
Three stars because the gentleman that took my order last night was very nice and professional. As far as the food.Whole menu is not avaliable like other locations during "breakfast hours". Food is never correct. The condiments such as salsa ranch was sour(spoiled), cup of cilantro had tomato in it, tomatoes in the taco bowl were soggy (old), never enough meat for any order that we've ordered. I believe in giving second chances and I've given this place five tries. Yesterday was my last time going.
We've been to this location multiple times & service is slow... We always have to wait for our order no matter how simple. Food is good, staff is friendly. Just long waiting times
The person in the drive thru had a nasty attitude for no reason. She talked over me and was rude while repeating my order. I was asked to pull forward because my order wasn't ready. When it came out, the bag felt pretty light. I asked her was all of my food in the bag and she told me to check. It's the middle of COVID. It was not my order and she took it back inside. She finally came back with my order and the sauces were incorrect. I asked for peppers and onions which cost extra and they literally put 2 pieces on each taco. If she didn't want to be at work, she should have never applied for the job or called in for the day with that nasty attitude.
Great variety! Fast service!
