The great Taco Bell it should come with a beef and bean burrito with potatoes instead you have to order it on the side somebody is not paying attention how is it that vendors on the street will sell this item and Taco Bell will not they need to get a grip on reality
This location took my money. I purchased two separate meals on the screen I waited for my order the first came out but the second one didn’t. They told me I didn’t order a second order. So I gave them my card and they charged me for the meal . When I got home and checked my bank account they charged me three times they lied to me. I’m never going back to this location.
Worst customer service at night. And no it being night is not an excuse. If you hate your job it's not the customers fault. Would do 0 stars if I could. And if I can get the names I'll come back and edit it in.
Everytime I come here after 9pm they run out of everything or the lady on the mic ? taking my order is very rude.they really need to fire staff n manager to get things back in order sad I have to go to kingwood cause craving taco bell sadI customer service......
IF I CAN GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD. we pulled up to place an order for this location. A man began to take our order, which we repeated 3x.. he still didn’t understand, then a rude lady proceeds to get on the mic and say they weren’t taking orders anymore because they are “backed up”. we leave, confused.. go back around and they are taking someone else’s order right in front of us. So we pull back up, to order because CLEARLY they were taking orders, we asked them once again at the intercom why they didn’t take our order, they ignored us. We had to pull up to the window, they proceeded to ignore us still. We waited about 5 min, until we pulled back around to speak to a manager. Manager took forever to come out, and once she did she was no help. no resolution skills at all… most of her employees were rude minus a few which we appreciate them. but We aren’t surprised they have terrible reviews. Extremely unprofessional, and horrible customer service. The managers position should be revoked and the employees need better training. Seems like they were upset they actually had to work. I do not recommend
This location engages in dishonest business practices - to make their drive-through metrics look better, last three visits, myself and other drivers are instructed to pull around back to the front door to pick up the order after a quick stop at the drive-thru window. At that point, they aren't under any pressure to get your food out quickly - they got you out of the drive-thru lane to stop the clock measuring their service time , and that seems more important than your inconvenience of having to loop around the store a second time.
First of all a breakfast crunchwrap has hashbrowns not potatoes, and second the person at the window was very rude.
I ordered soft tacos and got hard. Had dental surgery ten days ago. That's why I don't like drive thru. No reason not to have dine in. So will not go there anymore.
After being turned down by jack n box the lady that served us was so sweet and helpful. And the food was great! :) appreciate you turning the late night snack around! :)
The employees must think it’s okay to write “die pig” on a customers food order. Would not recommend
