Place says they close at 10pm, I walk in at 9:26, there is a lady in there and I am told they are closed as they ran out of bread. I am pretty sure I saw them taking trays of bread to the back before walking in. I then say okay, can I please have your managers business card to which he replied "I don't have it" I said you have to have your managers contact information and he says he doesn't but I can "call corporate, there's the door, bye". I honestly don't understand this policy of closing early if you run out bread, this doesn't seem logical by ANY means. I also can't go online and make a complaint because you have to have a receipt number BUT I COULDNT ORDER.
This one was not good...from the place and the food was very below standards

Don't order online for pickup here. First time I did and got a completely different order. I called the manager and all she could do was to tell me to take it back, but I couldn't at the time because of work. I ordered again today, I walked in there were no customers and 3 teen employees just sitting there talking, I left without any thank you or have a nice day. Something told me to check the order before I left but I didn't. I went home and they left off the avocado I spent the extra money for. They also left off the cheese. I'll be ordering from a further subway from now on.
Ordered Philly cheese steak melt....meat still cold and tasted strange. Customer service needs improvement, as a customer I would like to be treated as if my order is a priority instead of being rushed like I am taking up time.

They definitely put more meat on your sandwich now. I was completely blown away, it was delicious.
They are clean here at this location.
