Poor staff has to work, in this place with no AC
I drove out of my way to go to this location and they did not even have meatballs ready. I cant wait 15 minutes for them to cook. I dont plan on coming back to this location again. Sad you cant be ready to serve customers.

We had gone in there and while we were looking at the menu I told my niece to order. she asked if I was sure she should go ahead I said yeah. They girl behind the counter asked if we were going to order or waste her time. I asked why she had an attitude she told me to shut up and order something. I advised my niece we would take our business to another subway. This teenage girl should never be allowed to interact with the public again its the 2nd time she has had an attitude when we have gone in there. So never again I filed a complaint with corporate office I can't believe her manager condones her treating people this way.
Recently it's been VERY noticeable this location hired a bunch of younger inexperienced men to work there. Last week when I was there they put my black olives on 1 by 1 when I asked for a bunch.. and it took forever for the person to actually make my sub. Today there were 2 young men working.. the first guys placed 3 pieces of meat on one side of my sub then proceeded to put the other 7 pieces of the other side and only put pepper jack cheese on one side of the sub as well... the guy with the cast on his hand rand his gloves all over the counter before putting my veggies on.. I asked him to removed the slimy spinach from my sub and he looked around for help and said he didn't see it or knew what to do.. so i just told him to remove all of it and just forget it. I'm 8.5 months pregnant and I expected fresh veggies and a clean environment.. the lettuce was brown, you could see the cheese slices were clear and hard.. the bacon was turning grey.. it was an all over mess and I'm to afraid to eat this for there could be a possibility of listeria. I tried calling the store 10 times in the past hour I left the location and no one has answer the phone. This was my favorite location but not anymore. Totally disgusted.
Food is always good customer service not always the best here mostly lunch time I have had problems.
Last night I ordered for pickup. When i got there the lady working was so busy talking to a gentleman not even ordering food. She didnt let us know it was done. By the time we got it. It was cold and not even accurate. Not sure if the guy was just flirting or not but definitely effected customer service. He was talking the whole 15 minutesbwe werw there. Ridiculous.
I’ve ordered from this subway three times now through Doordash and every single time they have NOT put any cheese on the sandwiches. This last time I got fed up and called to complain. The manager, JR, says he remembers making my sandwiches and knows he put cheese on them and accused me of lying and said that the cheese melts away when the sandwich is toasted. I told him he was wrong and had proof he didn’t put cheese on them because I was looking at my untouched sandwich without cheese. He suggested I go to the store to get just cheese for my sandwich. All while this conversation is happening I can hear the manager relaying my comments to his associate as they’re both very loudly and obnoxiously laughing at me. This is the most unprofessional and carelessly staffed store I have ever encountered and I’ll be sure to let anyone and everyone know not to waste their money at this location.
Employee was very nice just very disappointed when i seen cockroaches in the bathroom.
