My experience at this particular STARBUCKS is always AMAZING! They're customer service is ALWAYS TOP NOTCH! I must say even when the world was a little crazy a few years ago, this was always a SAFE place for me to visit. Please note a little KINDNESS goes a long way and they are certainly KIND. I'm thankful for the WHOLE staff. We must understand it takes a lot to work with the PUBLIC and every time I'm in there no matter how many customers they have, I feel the KINDNESS! THANK YOU!
This girl who was at the window was very rude to me when I informed her that my drink was supposed to be iced and she gave me attitude for no reason. She than took it back very reluctantly and closed the door on me. Afterwards she handed me my drink without a straw and I had to ask her again for one. I believe her name was Haley because I saw her nametag when I was at the window and she ignored me when I also asked for napkins for my sandwich. Overall she was very rude to me and I do not suggest this location.
My daughter's fav before school spot. Fast and super friendly. Love that they cater to kids with decaf drinks as well.
I always get a oatmilk shaken expresso hot.This place tried to charge me $4 additional just to make this drink hot. Which makes no sense because it loses two shots when the drink is served hot. I asked them to use the same ingredients as the cold drink uses just warm it up. I received no cooperation. I’m not paying $10 for a drink, with less expresso and the same ingredients. I am terribly upset about this.
I when there this morning the person making the coffee is not doing his job, I have a Java Chip with no whip and one extra shot of espresso and he told me he put one in but I don't taste any espresso in it, I got home no espresso at all he need to retrain this employee he lie in front of you face this the last time I go there. This Starbucks is a hit or miss with getting drinks right especially if it is a custom drink. Staff and cleanliness has improved.
I do love my Starbucks and this place never fails to get it right and fairly quickly. Yesss, this is a place to enjoy repeatedly. I am not sure if they offer curbside since they do have a drive thru AND online ordering options. They stay so busy, I just don't see how anyone would have the time to take an order outside but I'm pretty sure if someone called and had a situation that this staff would find time to take the order out to the curbside occasionally.... Never know til ya ask I guess. ??❣️
Akiri is the best barista/Starbs partner ever! All the staff is very friendly here and makes you feel at home! I used to work at Starbs and I know how hard it is to keep up with the pace when it gets busy but the manager in the morning is really good at letting you know that she's at least working on the order and that yours is coming up soon. I'm thankful for this place and the staff that makes my morning better every time
Nothing available on the menu that my family usually order which was like 5 different things. Disappointed and dont blame on shortage because every other starbucks had it available..
New staff lacks training and customer service. This was my favorite Starbucks always made to perfection, not anymore. When drink is not made right you receive attitude. I was in the drive thru, when I told the young lady my drink wasn't right, she hesitantly offered to remake it. She initially mentioned she could not take back the old incorrect drink, then she took it back. I don't care since I was just going to toss it, but that's how germs spread.
