I have no qualms with the cleanliness or friendliness of the staff but if you’re in a hurry don’t come to this location. 30 minutes in the drive thru on a Thursday at noon is a bit ridiculous. This has happened the last 3 times I went and was even slow when I tried going inside instead (I only order plain cold brew it’s not a ridiculous drink imo). Just a heads up!!
At 8:32 pm I went for a tall Pike. They had already thrown away ALL their brewed coffee for the evening. This has happened to me at this location two times before this. I agreed to an Americano with an extra shot but when she rang it up she said I would be $4.67! Why so expensive for a TALL coffee? She said the Americano was $2.67 and the shot was $2 extra! I said it was NOT my fault they chose to throw away ALL the brewed coffee 28 minutes before closing, that because they did NOT have what I wanted they should substitute but charge me for a Tall Pike. She argued with me and said she had to charge me for the Americano, and I reminded her she was substituting my Pike because they opted to throw out all the brewed coffee 1/2 hour ahead of closing. I paid it and was done arguing with her.This location has repeatedly made my order incorrectly, time and again. I have gone around the block and gotten back in line for them to correct it. Now I taste it before I leave, and they have made it again for me. I am NOT picky, but as you can see from the other reviews, this is common for them. When you tell them "light half n half" the cup is half full of cream. You tell them to "add sugar" and they don't stir it, so all the sugar is at the bottom. I don't know anyone that adds sugar and half n half that doesn't stir their coffee! And if you order food, they don't give you any napkins. Why? This place needs fixing, badly.
Didn’t make my drink right and when I told them they handed me sweetener packets and stir sticks basically telling me to do it myself instead of fixing it. So I had to pull over and do it in the parking lot when I was already In a hurry to pick up my daughter from school and newborn in the car. I was shocked, I was very patient and respectful with the cashier who was obviously new and it was frustrating that they could not quickly fix my drink for me- and all the sweetener settled to the bottom because I couldn’t shake it in the car. Never had a Starbucks ever do that.
Staff is always polite and helpful. Wi-Fi is consistently reliable. Great place to camp out and get work done.
I love Starbucks I’ve been going for over 4 years but this one in particular is horrible! Nothing that they make here is right! They always find a way to mess up and not in the way of forgetting what I asked for they literally can’t make their own drinks right. It always taste wrong please go to any other Starbucks and you can literally taste the difference. Example: I order a Chai Tea latte and I can literally taste that they put coffee in it… how did this even happen again.

This is a great Starbucks for dine and to go. Fast and Friendly service. Staff is willing to make any special requests if they have the available ingredients.

Sllllllllloooooooowwww. There is a Starbucks 3 miles down the road towards US 59. It's faster to drive there, place your order and come back.Never come here, they usually get the orders wrong anyways with larger ones.
Cute baristas. SMART too (from when I go) no attitudes or sass. Always a long line but a quick wait!
