It’s was fast and friendly
I don’t remember the guys name, but was probably mid 20s, dark hair and I think some arm tattoos. Anyway, he needs a promotion! I usually order sweet n low with my coffee and he said “we don’t have sweet n low, but we have Splenda and stevia, and I supposed splevia if you mix them together” and just laughed a little. It was the absolute most perfect way to handle the situation because I’m usually very annoyed when a location doesn’t have sweet n low, because let’s be honest, it’s the best and oldest artificial sweetener on the market. But I wasn’t even upset, it made me laugh and although I didn’t take him up on the splevia, I enjoyed the Splenda much more than usual. Great job and even better personality!
Inside is slow but the drive through always goes pretty smooth. People are friendly
BRING CASH. This Starbucks was so awesome!! The young lady was so patient with me and you know they have patience when there is a loooooong line and you have my high self trying to order and they were so helpful! I paid with a card but it wouldn't let me leave a tip which had me disappointed because I did not have much cash on me. I went in on a Sunday Morning around 10am and it was packed. But they got it done.

Starbucks on Kingwood Drive was great. People were very nice and smiled.Went to the one inside Kroger on Northwood. Associate was rude to customers in front of me in line so I left and went to Kingwood Drive location.
Upon our arrival we were greeted by a very awesome barista who goes by the name of Katie. She made us feel very welcomed and was just booming with excitement. Good job Katie keep up the awesomeness
Tell your managers here to order better. I normally go to the one in front of Northpark because every time I come to this one they are out of something…
