I’ve visited the drive thru at this location multiple times over the years between 5:30-6AM and thus far has been the worst compared to others they rarely get the order correct, even after going back to have it corrected they still screw it up..??? And I only order basic menu items..??? No fancy changes just straight menu items…!! Sometimes I’ll add an espresso shot …. ????? Unacceptable…!!!In the morning when you need your coffee right, you seek out and pay for professionalism…..!!!
Stopped in at this location today to grab some coffee. Tried to order a grande dark roast pour over since they don't brew dark roast in the evening. I was notified by the barista they don't have pour over there I could have the brewed pikes place or an americano. Promptly left and went to another location that was willing to actually make the coffee I wanted. Terrible service.
I ordered two holiday drinks this morning; and when I asked the cashier for the free holiday cups. She said it's only one cup per customer. Come to find out that wasn't true.

I took my children there to celebrate one of their birthdays The service was great and we didn't have to wait for our orders

Starbucks is one of the best drinks I've ever been.
At every corner but not a fan of their coffee. I do enjoy the lattes and cold drinks and plenty of milk substitutes for everyone to pay almost $10 a cup.
Love their banana nuts bread and their strawberry acai refresher. But I HATE that they do not support our US Armed Forces. If someone's buying I'll partake, but I will not give them my hard earned $!
