Be careful with handing money to them. There is a fan immediately over the drive through window with a strong downward draft. If your change is dropped by their worker be prepared to take the 'L'. Customer service and taking ownership at this location is lacking from the top down. Most infuriating customer service failure I have endured in a long time.
Absolutely the worst customer service. I ordered ahead in the app because I had a lrge order.I was given a frozen Ham and cheese croissant. A scone instead is a muffin.And then the lady told me I needed to give them more time next time I order food. ?I didn’t even complain About the time. And they gave me frozen food!!
Ordered a iced coffee with sweet cream in and and noticed that the sweet cream had been sitting out on top of the counter with the other drink mixes.. isn’t it supposed to be kept cold being it has milk in it?
I am very disappointed in my service today. I always come to this location before work and i order a few things one of my drinks was supposed to be no ice in my strawberry refresher and they put ice anyways I had no time to wait cause I had to get to work. I called up there when I got to work n they had turned the phone line off very disappointing!!!!!!
This Starbucks used to be great. I have no idea what changed but I think they have new management. Since the change this place is painfully slow. Expect to wait a good 20 minutes or more for your coffee. The drive through is always packed and backed up. The quality is not great either. I got a breakfast sandwich this morning that was stale and rock hard. The coffee is often well below the full line; you pay for a venti but are most likely getting less than a grande. It’s really quite disappointing. I hope they get it worked out soon.
Today was an off day, it's usually pretty good.......I went to this location twice in hopes of correcting my drink but it was never right....I get this particular drink ALL the time so I know how it's supposed to taste ?

I’ve never heard of any Starbucks waiting to make your mobile order until you tell them that you’re there.. especially during a busy morning rush.. this has happened on multiple occasions. Get better management.
This Starbucks is THE BOMB!!! The line is constantly moving so, even if is a long line, you are served very fast! They are very seldom out of any product and all of the baristas have been very happy and pleasant to work with!
Had a 51 drink order for a work event and they were so helpful! The manager was helpful in helping us organize and the barista, Brittany, came in early to help get the order rung up properly and had all of the drinks ready and packaged well in bags with the names of each person on the front of each bag so we didn't have to go searching. it was such a hit and I am so thankful for their eagerness to help and understanding! Thank you Brittany and everyone who worked the afternoon shift on January 12th! y'all rock!
