We just left the drive-thru this morning and when I tell you this teenage carhop needs to be fired. She was so rude and lacked any type of manners. She threw a fit when my dad asked her for extra salt like it was just the biggest chore she could do. If you hate your job so much, then find a new job!! Customer service is definitely not for her. Management: please correct this issue before I have to endure that behavior again. I come to sonic at least 3 times a week for my morning drinks. She is a young Hispanic girl, with brownish blonde hair…maybe 18 years old. Just RUDE.

Temperature was off on the food. Manager came out and stated that she watched them cook it fresh which wasn’t true. They brought out a new order which was warmer but not hot.
Usually no problem but some stalls card readers dont work so they have to take your card to pay. If they do mess up on anything they fix it no problem. The drinks are great. Food is fresh.
Unfortunately there appears to be zero management at this facility. Arrived at 10:15pm in the drive thru, no one took my order so I went to an order console and was told I had to go to the drive thru. I went back to the drive thru and 10 minutes later I was told they were closed. When I inquired about their closing time being 11 they said I was wrong and never answered me again. Ad I drove past the drive thru there were people inside dancing. While I enjoy a friendly atmosphere it is apparent there is no leadership here. I have had several issues here, from minimal to simply rude. I will now cease any further attempts to frequent this location or any others. They will have plenty of other people willing to suffer to get their food, I will go elsewhere.
2 stars because it was fast but...this is the chili cheese wrap I got...uh huh?!? Needless to say l...I won't be back
Best Sonic in the area..very timely..orders are correct..food is fresh and not just thrown together..and their ice is the bomb.com
I'm completely disappointed with my Experience at this facility my order was wrong three times 2 individuals brought me the wrong order and pour me grab it not knowing where it was from. Order took 3 different attempts to be completed and was still made wrong. My m&m blast had little to no eminems in it and was pretty much just pure ice cream so it seems the employees here need to be trained to a further extent to complete the job correctly.
Pretty good. I liked my sandwich, my spouse did not like the chicken sandwich. Thought it was rubbery. We ended up swapping sandwiches. I liked it!!
I pushed the red button three times, it came on then went off. After 10 minutes and no one asked what I wanted, I scooted down the road and enjoyed a wonderful turkey bacon sandwich from Schlotzsky's.It saddens me that no matter which Sonic I go to in the Houston area, I never feel led to leave a good and positive review. What happen to Sonic? Is it still just good in small towns where people know if you don't act right the whole town will know. Does it take peer pressure from locals to give an employee a reason to do a good job and be concerned about the quality of food he/she is producing? What happen to people taking pride in a job well done! Schlotzsky's employees still have that.
