Slow, rude and didn't get the order correct. Second time here and both times same experience. Do yourself a favor and drive an mile or so to one of the other sonics in the area.Edit to reply to corporate comment: After reading some of the other reviews I can see filling out a complaint would be a waste of time. I'm not the first to comment on how bad the quality and service is at this location. I will just not go to this location anymore. Besides, if the franchise owner is not reading these reviews that tells me exactly where the problem begins.
By far the worst Sonic I've been to. Sat at the drive-through for more than ten minutes without even being acknowledged, so pulled around to the drive in and still waited forever just to place my order. Horrible customer service at best, and the food wasn't even warm!!After posting this review, I read the others, and this seems to be a recurring problem with this location, which either means that the franchise owner or store manager are incompetent and need to go.
Update: 1 year later I decided to give this location a shot again because it's close to home. It's been 20 minutes since I got the front of the drive thru and I still don't have my food yet...Original review:I keep trying to give this location a chance because it's convenient and I like Sonic in general, but I'm done. This location has consistently been the worst drivethrough experience. Footlong coney's have been burnt multiple times, orders have been mixed up multiple times, and the Blasts are never mixed properly even if you mention it up front (the bottom half of a large is always just ice cream with no toppings).Last week we had two "Lemonberry" slushes which are supposed to be Lemon and Strawberry. It looked like it was just clear slush and then they splashed a tiny bit of strawberry flavoring in, unmixed. It wouldn't even turn pink, much less red like its supposed to be, when we stirred it in.Another time I ordered then worked my way through the drivethrough line. When I got to the front they kept bringing me orders for the car behind me and asked, "Did you order the ________?" I would say no, and tell them what I ordered. This went on for about 15 minutes when I stopped one of them and had to recite my order again. Apparently they lost my order somehow and had to start from scratch.Hopefully the Sonic on Wilson has better management because we'll be driving the extra distance next time.
Good food. No mistakes.Update: one mistake - I requested no tomatoes and had to pick them off. Otherwise, the chicken sandwich and onion rings were very tasty.
It's chages from day to day, one day it will be great the nite time its a waste of money. So if your a gambler then try your luck. Lol
Changing to 2 stars. My last time at this restaurant, placed a mobile order for cheese sticks, tater tots and a drink on the mobile app, showed up at the location and checked in, after about 10 minutes my check in disappeared, said they were delivering my order. After another 10 minutes I hit the button to check in and ask if they still had my order, they said they did and it will be out shortly. Order came about 5 minutes later and the food was cold. During this time, I'm watching employees walking around the parking lot, getting their cars, wearing their headset out behind the building. I really like Sonic when their food is good, but their food is so inconsistent they are being removed from my possible restaurants. The food is hot and well prepared about 20% of the time.
This is the best sonic out there. Service is excellent and on point and the food is so damn good. The burgers are made to perfection and they look just like the ones on the commercials. I highly recommend this location!!!
My kids love getting Sonic and I like the service at this location, they have always been super friendly!
Poor customer service? It 30 mins for a shake and an ice cream cone? Then when we asked about the order nobody that worked there knew what the hell was going on ? Horrible service at this location ?
