The reason owners do not ever change the behavior of the rude employees is because a darker agenda. They want you to use the app to order and pay. Why? So they don’t have to hire so many employees. And the global push for no longer using currency. Look at Walmart now vs 8 years ago. Notice now how only a few of those machines take cash? The gov wants to be able to track their tax money. Come on. A nationwide shortage of change. Really? When you act up and try to revolt they will be able to turn your money off with the push of a button.

Hands down the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Even to just to get drinks I’ve never waited less than 15 minutes for them to be brought out. Time management is not a strong suit of this location. Half of the stalls don’t have functioning screens and there is never any signage on them to prevent people from pulling in. I’ve never had a decent experience here.

The chicken slinger was fine, hit the spot for a tiny chicken sando.

Have been here a few times. Sometimes parts of my order is missing.I think the food is okay but realized that all of the chili dogs my family was eating looked off.The color of the dog was green grey to pink (pink being the center).

Horrible service,building is getting worse and looks like it’s about to fall down. Hardly any of the drive in intercomes work.Takes ten minutes just to get someone to answer the intercom and then another ten just to order one pretzel and two drinks. People are very rude even though they have a high overturn of employees.

This location is one of the worse in customer service, my orders rarely get right. Also, they are stingy with condiments I hope Corporate don’t ignore these complaints.

Food was fresh and hot just took an extremely long time

This location has the WORST customer service!! Last time I waited over 10mins for my order and for them to come out and say they didn’t have half the stuff I had ordered so I had to call to get a refund!!Then tonight I order over the app and I check in and put the stall im in and I waited almost 10mins pushed the button and they tell me PLACE YOUR ORDER THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU and didn’t even give me a chance to say I had a mobile order!! I don’t understand why they couldn’t just come over the intercom as soon as I checked in to let me know!! Instead of making me wait for 10 minutes until I pressed that button!! I keep coming back here because it’s the closet to me!! But I think this will be the last time!!YALL NEED A NEW STAFF!!!

Guy in the drive thru, said to be manager, on 9/5/2021 was very rude. Forget something from my order (ice) but yelled at me to move my car & not back up in “his drive thru”. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Who trains these people these days?!?!?!

I went through the drive throw. I went to order my food and immediately had a horrible greeting. Whitney is the person who greeted me I told her what I wanted to order then was served the wrong food on top of her bringing it out to me still being rude. Idk what the policy is but I know it’s not being nasty to people for no reason I will never return back to this sonic again.
