My wife and I live near this Sonic and have came here for drinks mostly. When we recently had ordered the food we had a real bad experience and let the manager know about it and he quickly replaced the meal the next day. Arthur the manager made sure the food was hot, organized and most importantly correct. I appreciate and will spend my money at any business that will fix their wrongs. Thank you for the service!
This place sucks ordered 4 burgers 3 with mayo and mustard and no tomatoes these 3 came with mustard only. The 4th was supposed to have no cheese and no mayo add mustard well I got cheese no tomatoes. Everytime we visit here it's a circus show. I will never return to this location ever again. It's a sad day when they can't take the time to make sure the customer is getting what they are paying for.
If I could give this place no stars I would .Today I went to order for my entire family of eight and I stood at the drive-through ready to place my order for three minutes nobody answered me so I went straight to the drive-through window and I politely ask the young lady if they were having issues with the speaker she just look at me really dumb and told me oh I do not have a headphone and the person that has a headphone is in the back ,she didn’t ask me what I wanted to do so she just kept staring like she was high or something .I was going to order because this location it’s been the one my family and I use all the time since it’s really close to our home but after looking at her and the way she was handling things I wasn’t going to be able enjoy my food the way I wanted to .sonic really needs to improve personnel and customer service.
Don't waste your time going to this sonic, you have at least an 8 minute wait before anyone acknowledges you either in the drive thru or at a stall. And most times I have to call to have someone take my order after waiting over 10 minutes. Today the manager told me after shift change at 4 or 5 it's just him that wants to work, none of the employees will take an order, run orders or do anything he asks them to do. This is EVER time I come and the manager says this is EVERY DAY! so save your self some aggregation and just go to another sonic.
I actually drove further to this location because I dont like the 1 near me. I was just as disappointed as I am with the 1 near me. Smh... i ordered a few slushes a lemonade and some tots on the app. I drove almost 3 miles and chked in at the drive thru. When i pulled up to the window nothing was ready. I waited for about 4 mins when the guy gave me a bg with my tots. He asked me do u have ur drinks already, REALLY? He was the only one wrking the drive thru. I then watched him make our drinks. This making ordering shead on the app, POINTLESS!!!! I fell like i waited longer than if i would have just pulled up and ordered at the location. How hard is it to try to provided some GOOD service? 3 stars is being generous.
Took a while to get our food(they weren't busy)and then the machine at the stall I chose didn't work(no sign) so had to go inside to run card which took longer.
cherry lemonade is hit or miss, sometimes can barely taste the flavor and didn't have cherries
I waited at the drive through for a while & no one ever took my order so I moved to a stall. They immediately took my order but then took forever to bring it out even though it was only 2 ice creams, one of which didn't even fill up the cup.
Where was the barbecue? Too much laziness and rushing at this location plus they always burning my onion rings!
Went around 9pm and ordered ahead through the mobile app, checked into a stall and carhop Layla came out to tell me their ice cream machine was down (ofcourse) so I asked for a refund for the shake. Layla brung out the food with a receipt that says I was suppose to receive a cash refund but I guess she needed the $3.78 that night because I didn’t receive anything, food was tasteless and they basically charged my card for more than what my order was…never again
