So .. I was the ONLY customer the drive thru; I ordered a small grape slush and chili cheese tater tots. I drove up to the car hop area for where the food would be delivered and to make payment but not one employee came to see me. The 'three gentleman' who were 'working' were just standing around laughing and talking and messing with their phones. I watched this for 12 minutes before driving off. I just wanted my food. I won't stop here again. I can understand if they were busy but they were not. There were no cars at the individual parking space either. Hopefully the person who pulled up at the drive thru menu behind me doesn't have to deal with the same thing.
Service is great service is great customer service is great however when asking for extra items you often times and never receiving but we'll give them another try

Received incorrect hot ? dog (chili cheese). Received an All American, even though Chili Cheese was repeated and stated when delivered. It was replaced but by then my tater tots were cold.
Pretty speedy service! Have never had a bad experience in 10+ Visits. Food is always fresh and at the appropriate temperature.

Do not stop at a Sonic Drive-In whenever you're short on time. Picked up my kids from rehearsals and they had 1 hour to get to the location for their performance. I ordered 2 meals, #14 breakfast burrito? combo & #6 beef hotdog combo? and was sitting there waiting 15 minutes before they brought out the food. When I mentioned the wait time to the young lady that served us she just gave me a blank look as if she doesn't care. Their variety is pretty good for fast food but the wait time alone has deterred me from going there alot.

Service is sometimes slow and drink orders get messed up. Good for breakfast though.
Love the food customer service it's very very poor they have some of the most rude people severeing your food I've ever met,that also depends on what time you go to sonic. Afternoon service was on point. Night staff was extremely rude
