Only drive through? It's March 2022 not March 2020. So, a paying customer with a work truck that can't fit this laughable small drive up is turned away?Bad Business.

This is the worst smoothie king ever. The owner Lyndell owns this one and the one in summerwood and has the worst customer service skills ever. I have been to both locations and he has a horrible ego. If your drink is not right, by all means, you have the right to return it but I was given an attitude twice about returning smoothies that were disgusting. In the industry, customer service is so important. I’m so disgusted by the way it’s handled when you ask got a drink to be remade. Ridiculous!!
I Visit This Location Monday -Thursday On 9/2/21 I ordered a medium pure recharge with the $1 off, total was $6.92 checked my account and the total was 9.50 and realize the guy didn't give me a receipt. Very disappointed
Walked into the store because the door was unlocked. First time at this location. Got screamed at by employees because the lobby was closed. Well why is the door unlocked. Ridiculous. Won’t be back.

This location continues to have a closed lobby. Several other franchises have open lobbies. I understand that at the beginning of the pandemic this was an ok response, but to continue to keep the lobby locked when people continue to be vaccinated. Just ask people to wear a mask. This is just annoying at this point. chick fil a has even opened up their dinning rooms. Get with the times!
Keeping doors locked and making everyone go thru drive through despite no signs saying that. Smoothie is a smoothie by any other name!
