Was told “we’re not taking card payments right now only cash” but when I came back AFTER pulling out cash there was a customer paying with a card?? So when I brought it up to the rude employee Vanessa she claims she said “we’re only taking card” but when I said “I asked you multiple times if it was only cash” Vanessa said “yes I did say that”. So where was the confusion? If you don’t wanna provide a service then why are you working? The store doesn’t close until 10PM so why are you trying to turn away customers 20 minutes before closing?
most recent order was majority ice and watered down as if they made a 20 oz and realized i had ordered a 40 oz and used ice to make up the difference. very disappointed since i ordered three drinks and they were all below quality and watered down.

Great store, no seating right now. Customer service was good and didn't have to wait too long for my Daily Warrior smoothie!! Even snagged a bag of peanut butter pretzels!
I stopped for smoothies a few weeks ago, I was appalled they had no a/c and the workers looked like they were gonna suffer a heat stroke and clearly the owner could care less.That day our smoothies were utterly repulsive. But I considered the conditions the staff was working in and decided to call the customer service number. Customer service referred me to the store..... I called and explained my issue to a "manager" who told me they would need to speak to the owner about replacing the order or refunding it?. I have heard nothing I have gotten the run around every time I called.... To think I considered what the staff was faced with and decided not to complain because they were already in a bad place... I spent 25 dollars. Do yourselves a favor complain while you are there otherwise you will get the run around and be blown off...in the midst of having shown kindness. Smh
Please stop upcharging me. I say 20oz or kids cup and every time I'm given the 32oz and being charged. One time is a mistake but anything more is you trying to boost sales. 3 stars because you guys are always friendly.
