It’s pretty good the lady is nice now that always wears the dress. At first she was kind of rude before they open the new Shipleys down the street. But overall decent. The prices have gone up a little bit for kolache

This would have been a five, but the lady at the drive through window didn't have any personality and frankly seemed like that she didn't want to be there. I understand that we have bad days but you have to leave it at the door.

Very poor customer service. Didn't get my order correct first time, went back and she STILL got my order wrong. Won't be coming back to this Shipleys again. Pathetic.
I went through the drive thru and told the lady my order. They left the window open and started talking about me in Spanish and laughing. They didn't know that I understood what they said. I was running late for work so I decided to call the manager, she said what did I want. I told her nothing but how inappropriate behavior just lost them a customer. She said she would talk to the ladies.
