There is a big tall lady there she is very rude, she has an attitude. I've been there a few times and its always the same rude attitude .. worst customer service ever.. I used to love coming here ...
The person taking my order could not speak English well and got my order wrong. Unfortunately, the quality of the food didn't much make up for the ordering challenge. The food tasted stale and barely lukewarm. I'll not be returning to this location.
Location has moved in the same parking lot however be aware the closing hours website says 6pm but sign shows 3 pm.
The coffee and donuts were delicious.The cashier was friendly and had a great smile.
Just bought an ? fritter & a cinnamon twist. The apple fritter is as hard as a brick. When you charging over $2 for sugary bread you need to give better service.

I went at 8am on a Sunday. Kolache and donuts were super cold and tasted old. This is a newly built location so I was surprised this was an issue. Never again Shipleys, never again!
Always come here for my son for his donut holes. He loves em!
