This was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant in my life.I'll begin with the service I received in the drive-through. All seemed normal they took my order albeit reluctantly. I ordered a small original, with no tomatoes and extra onions. Of course, the sandwich came with tomatoes after I made it explicitly clear that I did *not* want any tomatoes. Not the end of the world though, I go to taste the half and half tea that I also ordered with the meal. It was sour, like days old soured tea. I also ordered a brocolli and cheese soup that had a rotten taste. So this is when the real awful experience happened. With the tea being disgusting, and the sandwich being incorrect i walked back into the establishment expecting at the *very least* an apology for the absolutely atrocious tea, and the mistake on the sandwich.I got none of that, just attitude for even being inside of the restaurant, the look and attitude of "what do you want me to do about it?" and the general feeling I wasn't welcome inside of this establishment. When I told them about the spoiled tea that tasted like it had been left out to rot for days the response I got was "we know it's spoiled, several people have told us about it today."This was when I nearly lost it. They admitted to knowing the tea was spoiled and STILL DECIDED TO CHARGE PEOPLE MONEY FOR IT.Awful service, awful food, awful drinks. And whoever gave them the license to serve food out of this establishment should be ashamed. This place should honestly be condemned for knowingly serving tea that was more than several days old. And if they're willing to serve that garbage to customers, what else do you think they're serving that could potentially be rotten. How much care do you think they're taking with the hygiene of their kitchen if they can't even change tea out.
First visit; Lacking a star only because I ordered a bacon turkey and they forgot my bacon..Second visit all 5 ⭐ this visit to this Schlotzsk's was a perfect one. Gentleman at the drive thru was wonderful, food was excellent. Arby's isn't the only ones that have the meats!
Best schlotzskys in the area, the food is much better that other schlotzskys around. I know it's a franchise but they do a better job in preparation and there bread is always the freshest.
Over priced 13.00 for a sandwich is outrageous staff extremely rude
First of all I love these sandwiches but this location took 30 minutes to give my food through the drive thru didn’t get all my order had a cheese pizza no sauce no chips sandwich had a whole lot of mustard
They post fake manager training certifications and instruct employees to lie to health inspectors. Photo of a non employee cert attached. The location is Roach infested but no action is taking to solve the problem. The store is managed by underpayed non-manager employees. The managers act as HR fir the ownership and ignore actual issues.Avoid for the benefit of the staff and your health.
Waited 15 minutes for two sandwiches this afternoon and one of then wasn't even what I ordered. There were no other customers there. How hard can it be guys?
Original sandwich very good and service was good. Sandwiches were served after just a few minutes wait.
10/10. Would definitely recommend. I’ve never had it before and decided to try it. Only regret was not taking a picture to post.
Great location with a wonderful staff and the meal was tasy!
