I ordered a Fiesta Chicken on jalapeno roll. I love this sandwich., You guys need to freshen up your veggies. The tomato on the sandwich was light pink, not red. I had to take the veggies off to eat it. The veggies tasted stale. You guys should do better, with the price you charge, I expect better ?. I won't be visiting this particular store anymore.
Came in around 11:30 and the only staff here was the cook who was trying her best to run the front and kitchen completely by herself. She did the best she could and she gave great service but being a former employee for Schlotzky’s the mangers should have been here and there should have been bare minimum of two employees (one for front of house and one for back of house) here to open the store. Even if it’s slow on Sundays it’s poor management to have only one opener running the entire store. Management needs to do better scheduling.
Nice location and great shopping area. Restaurant was very clean and the guy at the register was very polite. He came by and asked if everything was ok. Great service!

Great tasting original sandwich just as originally planned in the early days of this franchise! This location did forget to add the extra olives to my wife's order. Attention to detail is important for your unique customers. Highly recommended!
