We have been coming to this place way before they switched locations and never had an issue. I ordered a tosti Loco which I was under the impression it was tostitos loaded with peanuts, jicama, cueritos, cucumber, and hot sauce. Well they gave me what's pictured below and when I brought it up to the owner (who took my order initially) she got defensive about how items are labeled differently at different stores, and kept insisting that the loaded chips were called tostitos and tosti locos ONLY consisted of NACHO chips, hot sauce, pork skins and radish, peanuts and maybe cucumber. IMO they should be called nacho locos or at least clarify that tosti locos do NOT have any TOSTItos. Add the fact that everything has gone it up price as well, but quality has not been consistent..
Good however takes too long I had only 1 person in front of me . 30 minutes for 2 nachos all you have to do is grab chips and pour cheese over it. No thanks Never again
The Raspados are good but if the customers Want to use the restrooms they’re always out of service and as a food place they have to provide restrooms for customers.
Loved the mangonada, strawberry, and pineapple I've tried so far. Not the chamoya (I think that's what it's called). Would love to try the others.

Love the food and drinks 3 stars because I feel if you're Hispanic and don't speak fluently the OLDER lady discriminates on you. She always gives me dirty looks and attitude. SUPER rude. Not everyone was brought up around people speaking spanish ? give credit to those who try lady.

Today I was called a racial slur by one of the workers at this location. She didn’t address me by the number on my ticket like she did everyone else. For one I don’t speak Spanish so it’s rude to call me anything that I do not understand. & for two she started laughing when she realized I understood her and she tried to switch it up and then say the number on my ticket. If you do not speak Spanish I would not recommend that you go here, you may be called a name that you do not understand and it may be worse than what I was called.
