First timer the Overall experience was good.
Fresh food and friendly service! We love going here for a ? sandwich with our teens..My first experience was after I had a wisdom tooth removed and had the strawberry shake?? We love the ham and Swiss with avocado ?, the wreck, the broccoli cheese soup..I have also ordered for our team meetings. We love the cozy,warm deli vibes
This is the second time you guys have messed up on my order. The sandwiches are good but please pay attention to the orders.
First time here and I had the Italian sandwich with a cup of chicken pot pie. And it was really good both the sandwich and the chicken pot pie... the only thing I wish they would have gave me the option of toasted or not toasted because they automatically toasted the sandwich and they're Italian BMT doesn't have as much meat on it as Jersey Mike's... But everything else it was great.
Customer Service was not great. The cashier had an obvious attitude when I asked for separate bags for 4 different orders. I told her "thank you" and she replied with an "uh huh." I asked if the snacks were already in the bags for the kids meals and she stated "yes." One order was incomplete after I checked. I told her "thank you" after she gave me the missing snack and she replied with an "uh huh" again. A "you're welcome" or "have a nice night" is the appropriate response. I not only pay for a fresh meal, I pay for people to be courteous at the least.
Me and my wife came here for the first time ever and I gotta say the sandwiches were delicious. The bread was soft! Will be coming again in the future!
Good choices to pick from. One of the few places around that offer soups. The bread is amazing on their sandwiches.
I finally got to try Potbelly's. Unfortunately I was not very impressed. The sandwich was good. I was disappointed that there was no avocado (not a bit) in my bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado sandwich. I also found it disappointing that two out of the three staff I had interaction with spoke at me not to me and as quick & short as possible. Even though it was not a busy time they wouldn't take a second to listen to me.
