I enjoy Popeyes every once in a while. I would enjoy it more if they had fried okra. This location serves pretty good food, also has pretty good service. This location seems to have good management, even though they do have a high turnover of employees. They have always gotten my order right, and the food has always been good. Biscuits sometimes are a little dry, but taste great. Their fried chicken is wonderful, but this visit I tried the flounder sandwich, and it was very delicious.
I placed a Door Dash order. My order arrived with half the items missing and one of the boxes open.Since it is less than a mile from my house I returned the items to popeyes. I asked for my order to be corrected and all of it remade, since the box was open I did not feel safe eating any of it. This was a tall order for them, the manager was acting like she did not understand my request.I like popeyes but they can't get your order right to save their life. If you order food from here you better check it EVERY time, BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
We use to drive 10 miles past this Popeye's to go to a different location. The food was bad the service was worse And the order was always wrong. BUT It seems new management or new ownership has corrected all the problems. Good job!
They don’t include all the items you paid for. After a long day at work you just want to get home and enjoy your meal, right? Well, I would recommend going somewhere else because you will be left hungry. Also, they don’t answer the phone.On a positive note I must admit that the spicy chicken sandwich is pretty good.
They didnt have any containers to put the sides in so they put my coleslaw in a drinking cup. I ordered spicy chicken and they gave me original and it was old and they fries were old also. Il
Ok my experience at this location is always something first the speaker was not working ore they dont have chicken brest ore they dont have chicken ready but today i had to do a review today 2/16 2022 6:50 pm l was at the drive true and the girl says she couldn't hear me ok so i when to the window ok i make my order i pay for it and the girl come to me and say sorry we dont have mild chicken only spicy ok i told her just give me the chicken nuggets that i order and refund me for the other regular chicken that i order then she come refund me for the complete order and then she say ok im Gone charg you again for the nuggets only and say they will refund you your money 3 to 7 business days and I just take off i had enough if a supervisor see this post please reinforce the specific store please i make 7 purchases a week contac me i can send you the last 4 numbers of my card and you will see how many times im there at the store number 2016 ciroutd 55672merchant id 334032825880 5.50 pm
Everytime I go there they never have the right containers for smash potatoes or any sides I got small cup size of smash potatoes & I know I got less compared to what I paid for lg side, frankly i will not come to this location no moe
I work nearby, and grab sandwiches from this location way more often than I should. A few years ago this location wasn't so great, but its awesome now, and my guess is because of the manager David. If I walk in and see the counter that day, I know right away the food is going to be top notch.
I was recently at this location. Ordered my side piece that comes with my meal plus a large side order. They did not give me either one of them and still charged for it. I called and no answer. It was a quick drive thru that was good but they need to get their things together. Definitely taking money from people and not taking responsibility for their actions. Do not recommend this place.
Edith the manager told me at 9:57pm they were closed I want corporate to tell me why they are closing before the designated closing time of 10pm I came to the intercom and did not even get a response I had to drive to the window and this is totally unacceptable I would like an explanation from corporate as soon as possible
