Stopped at this location to get the spicy chicken tenders combo there was no one there or in the drive thru, should have been the first red flag especially on a Friday at 3:00pm. I went through the drive thru, got my order rather quickly, didn’t check to see if my order was hot which was first mistake. I got home and the tenders & fries were cold. I warmed them up in the oven and ate them anyway second mistake. Started having stomach issues around 9:00pm, cramps and upset stomach. Those tenders were not fresh, had to have been sitting all day. Definitely lost a customer, will not be returning.

The manager said there food was hot but I was trying to tell her that my food was old she didn’t understand me, she spoke little English. She hung the phone up in my face and said go somewhere else. I tried to report her but Popeyes Surveys lines didn’t work. So I went back to the location she wouldn’t tell me her name nor GM name I am done with this store!!!They don’t want to know how bad this store is the service is down way down!!! Horrible service!!! I purchased 2 meals and a pepper. The cashier offered me 3 peppers for $1. When I got home the peppers were not included with my order. I went back to get my peppers but had left the receipt at home. I was told that they would not replaced the peppers without a receipt. Then the window clerk had the audacity to say he had no proof that I was telling the truth about paying from 3 peppers. Who in there right mind would spend time and burn gas going back to Popeyes to lie about $.99 peppers. To some this may be petty but for me it's the principle. Popeye's you've lost a customer. I'll be going to Cane's from now on and if I want chicken on the bone I'll drive to Frenchy's.

Gave me my order covered in grease, I nicely asked for a new bag. Would take 3secs. Lady comes to window and asks me to pull up, I can see the guy changing my bag. So I pointed out my food was “right there”. She told me again to pull up. (Only one car behind me). I said I’m sorry ma’am but I’m not my food is right there, just had to change the bag…she then closes the window aggressively but it wasn’t closed all the way before she called me an “effing b*tch”. Then suddenly it took them almost a minute to give my food back…what do you think they were doing to it??? Got a refund. I went there a couple times a week, never again!

Only thing that really bugs me about this place. They really don't remember to give the condiments that you ask for when ordering. Other than that. I enjoy their chicken. It's always nice and hot.

Worst customer service from all staff including manager. Wasted 45 mins of my time trying to get some food from this place. Ordered from the drive thru just to be told to pull up to the parking lot where I waited at least 15 before going inside to check on it. People went in and out of the place with food in hand and I still didn’t get my food. The least I expected from any employee is standard “sorry for the wait” instead I’m hit with “where is your receipt?”, I could see a bag there when I first went in, when I came back I just ask for my money back and the manager. Again, instead of the manager trying to alíviate the situation and offer an apology, she comes back with “I have your order ready”. I would’ve taken the food and go on my way upset for the time waited if they had offered an apology, but with that kind of management, it’s a place where I would not want to come back. By the way, not the first time I had to wait, but this time it was way longer than usual. These location is giving a bad name to Popeyes. Wish the owners take action on these situations, most reviews here have the same problems, long waits.

I was on that side of town and decided to stop by Popeyes. It was 10:30am so they just opened. Everything was fresh & hot including the red beans & rice and Mac n cheese.My order:5pc spicy w/ red beans & rice and Mac n cheeseUse the app coupon: 5pc w/ two sides and 2 biscuits for $8.99 w/ tax $9.73. $.50 cent up charge if you want Mac n cheeseRed beans & rice could've used more seasoning and flavor. Mac n cheese was average for a fast food spot, definitely not like your homemade baked Mac n cheese.Biscuits were soft & warm but a little on the dry side. They were out of jelly so I used honey instead.I put half of both the red beans & rice and Mac n cheese in clear bowls to give you a comparison of how much food is in the regular size container. Yep, not much.

Tried this Popeyes location tonight for the first time as I had a Popeyes craving and this particular location is close to my house, but unfortunately this was definitely probably THE WORST Popeyes I've ever been to smh.. I should have walked out after walking in and seeing most of the employees with no masks, no gloves when handling food and lady who I believe was manager in the dining room eating Wing Stop ??‍♂️ My food I tried the new nuggets and they were absolutely disgusting and extremely old but I was still served them anyway, and then I ordered 2 biscuits which tasted extremely old and hard and lastly I ordered a large Cajun fries which were decent but didn't taste extremely fresh either and just and overall disappointment especially after just working 10hrs.. Obviously this location needs MAJOR MAJOR help and I blame the district manager more than anything because obviously they're hiring the wrong people for management roles and the managers here are not hiring good quality employees..Do not plan on returning to this location but corporate definitely needs to get involved and I will be notifying them as well. Use another Popeyes location guys as this one is poor customer service, poor food quality and also poor Covid/Sanitation standards... ???️

This place was horrible the only good employees was one young man in the front and one young women in drive thru taking my order. I ordered my food I had a big order so I was asked to pull up and park in the front which is no problem especially if it’s a big order. I wait about 10-15 minutes then the young man walks out with my food in a bag almost touching the ground and kicked it a couple times. Didn’t receive any sauce went inside to get sauce/ketchup waited another 15 minutes and the entire time one of the employees bagging/expediting the food was pull up his pants the entire time and saw his underwear and wiping his face on his hands and sleeves of his hoodie. When I finally get to ask for sauce he had a attitude like he didn’t want to be there plus on gave me 2 sweet heat when I asked for 10 and ketchup for my 60 dollar order. Plus on top of the manager was eating food and cooking at the same time. Now I’m a Arbys restaurant manager so I understand fast food and some customers don’t get treated the exact same everywhere they go but this was such a horrible experience.

Took forever to get my food here. Also when I went to the restroom, the door SLAMMED on my arm and severely bruised it. NO APOLOGY when I brought it to the managers attention.
