UPDATE: PLEASE TELL ME WHY THE MANAGER TOLD ONE OF HIS STAFF MEMBERS THE NEED TO CHANGE THEIR RELIGION BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEE WAS FASTING AND WAS FEELING A LITTLE WINDED. CHANGE YOUR RELIGION??? AND THE PLASTIC AT THE BOTTOM OF MY RED BEANS AND RICE WAS TOO MUCH. Y'ALL MEAN TO TELL ME IT COMES OUT OF A BAG!??♀️Staff is rude, order was incorrect, entire staff needs training in customer service excellence...take notes from Chick Fil A1 year later and this is worse. Can I give 0 stars. This franchise owner cannot care.
I should have check my order before I left. My order was mess up. My sprite was carbonated water and I was missing 2 order of fries. I will not go there at night anymore. 25 dollars down the drain!
Today 3.28.22 7pm. Just got my sandwich after they forgot about it. And this is what it look like. Nasty uncooked chicken. Also got Mac that tasted like cheese was curdled. Nasty nasty restaurant. Customer beware. You will get sick here for sure.
The service was slow they short handed but the chicken was not on point one piece even tasted like it was cooked in fish oil Popeyes for me is not woe kiki ung from. Chicago to lake Houston to humble Texas all have served spoiled Chicken I am personally done.
They forgot about me .....they parked me and never came out! I drove back to the window, and the young lady at the window kept saying I passed that out already! I ordered 40.00 worth of food so if she passed it out to Me, I'm sure she would have seen bags! Ok rant over......the food was hot and fresh when I got it and they gave me fries that was not added when I ordered!
Chicken came very cold and was made small. Chicken breasts were so small, it looked like a chicken nugget. WORST purchase ever, never coming back ever again.
3rd time is not a charm coming here! They served us chicken that had been under the heat lamp for awhile, warmish fries and bad service, the other times the wait time was just ridiculous! I used to be a manager at a Popeyes a few years ago off 59 and the beltway and you can not explain to me how you're evenly staffed and still lousy with service? If you don't have to go to this location don't! If you're in a rush and just want something to eat keep driving to the Chick FIL A up the road
Waited over 30 minutes for our chicken because they forgot what we ordered. Then they went to cook the mac and cheese but everything else was cold. The chicken, fries, and biscuits were cold. $37 out the window and the food in the trash. I don't drive. So, I couldn't take it back to them. They will not give you your money back. So that's my last time for them am that thrash!!
Desoto Tx the chicken was old. I was told no mixes chicken,but for some reason THEY found some dark pieces of old chicken not fresh. Want be going for a long time
Fresh and hot chicken. However, I have to always remind them to replace thighs to drumsticks. I don't like thighs.
