These people that at this location are so horrible I wasn’t going to even make a review because I know how fast food/customers service jobs can be when it’s poor management, But however I’m to willing to share my 3rd experience at this location I placed a online order 20mins prior before closing only because I stay 5mins and work 7mins from This place however got to the drive thru know one even acknowledge the automatic voice message came stated that they were close. I pull up to the window a employee looked at me and kept eating a chicken sandwich and continue to do whatever he was doing until I had a stare down with him before coming over just to open the window to not even greet me.. told him I placed an online order But was told “No we’re close” told him how is that possible it’s not even closing time it’s was 10:53pm ask to speak to his manager he told that the manager was going to say the same thing.. as the manager came over the young guy stayed while I explained the same issue to the manager just for him to say “Yeah man sorry we’re closed and don’t have any food” Asked him what do I do about my money he Didn’t know how online works and just stood there..the problem is it’s a brunch of young folks working inside and no one taking accountability be it should be no way all my experiences at this location has been somewhat the same from not having “Enough food” Not willing to accommodate customers when it’s there fault.. Last night was Definitely my last time making a visit..
If I could give this store zero star, I really would.Incompetent, arrogant, rude people who cannot get an order right, then give you old, stale, burned buns sandwiches, hard dried chicken sandwich!not worth your money and your time.Shift manager has no clue about customers!store manager does not have much to say.I called the supervisor, calls go to a mailbox, have yet to hear from him.Hopefully the owner has a clue about how his store is run to the ground!
Okay I'm probably very late but that PREMIUM LEMONADE-STRAWBERRY/LEMONADE OH MY GOODNESS try it!!!!! The shrimp tackle box was good but the LEMONADE made it all the better.
Terrible place! Ordered a flounder sandwich, the girl, Adelina, the cashier ordered a chicken sandwich. I trusted her, but when I arrived home, I found a dried-out chicken sandwich on a burned bun. Called the store 5 times, calls went straight straight to voice mail, saying the voice mail was full. Finally got hold of someone at the restaurant which name was not clear for me to remember. Went back to the restaurant, talked to the cashier who said she was the MANAGER, apparently, from H.E.L.L, argued with me having ordered chicken, then she through the food in the trash and argued some more. Asked for the store manager, who came, did a lot of listening, no apologies and not much interaction. Terrible place, horrible service and BAD ATTITUDE! Called the AREA SUPERVIOR, no answer as well, his mailbox was full, I guess it's the norm in this district. Left a msg no answer yet. I WOULD GIVE THIS STORE A ZERO STAR, IF I COULD!
Service was superior. Order was made correctly! Chicken was fresh, hot and delicious! Floors were clean and an employee was wiping tables after the lunch hour. Will definitely eat here again when we are in the area.
Worst experience ever. I was told there was an charge for 3 piece combos. I’ve never been up charged for breast. We were also charged for sauces! I will never come to Popeyes again because of this location! Really???? You want to charge me .35 cents for a ranch???!?!!!
Great service, was greeted when I got to the speaker and they helped me out with the menu when I asked what specials they had. Ms Alondra was very sweet 10/10 recommend I felt very welcomed. Thank you

Got my order wrong through drive thru. The guy who took my order, just sounded like he was distracted and kept kinda interrupting me when I tried to talk. Eventually, I got the order in for the chicken sandwich combo for $8. When I pulled to the window, it was a girl at the window who I paid with, but she handed me a chicken tenders combo instead; which was like $12. So, I let them know the order was wrong right away.The cashier informed the other staff, and I could hear them kinda argue amongst themselves about my order. Eventually, they got me the right order and I went my way....unfortunately about 15 minutes later, I had realized they never gave me my refund for the wrong order. I ended up paying more than the food was worth, which upsets me after that mediocre service. I just honestly didn't feel like going back there and arguing with anyone, after all that mess, but I am pretty upset that they ended up over charging me. The food was okay, with the exception of the sweet tea which tasted old and had no sugar. Idk the staff is just so distracted, making their service pretty bad.
Had to wait for my web pickup order. Slow and bad service. Didn’t get any apologies or accountability. Also have to pay 32 cents per sauce. Never coming here again.
