Fresh and good food. Two things are not good is not related to their food but their restroom and the not kinda nice manager. She's kinda like rude and bad mood. There was even a couple of people who pointed that out that (the manager) she's in bad mood and they confronted her being in a bad mood. This location is at 14605 Eastex Fwy, Humble, TX 77396. No toilet paper, no soap be ready to bring soap with you or some sanitizer all the time.
The chicken was prepared properly and the flavor is definitely there. I don't always go to Popeyes but whenever I find myself at one I always have a good experience. Food is always good. Service is the same. It's never great but they seem to hire locally as a company so I always expect customer service to be location based.
This location is absolutely disgusting!! We absolutely love Popeyes but this location is a joke!! RUDE RUDE RUDE people with the WORST attitude. Waited about (no exaggeration) 20minutes for our food and no one even cared, not even a simple “sorry about the wait” and to top it off there was only 3 people (2 infront of me, I was 3) zero excuse for the wait and the horrible attitude from the drive thru lady. …and no this wasn’t an isolated event, I take my daughter to the aquarium around the corner so we stop here often and it’s always the same lady (her name is 3 letters but I couldn’t read her name tag) with her disrespectful attitude, so finally I decided to leave a review. PLEASE DRIVE THE EXTRA DISTANCE TO A DIFFERENT FAST FOOD JOINT AVOID THIS PLACE!
I wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes (only two people in front of me. Everything that I tried to order they were out of so I decide to get a chicken sandwich. Wait 15 more minutes after I order just to get to the window and the lady tells me that she just gave their last chicken sandwich away.. There's always a problem at this location they need help. I wasn't even mad at the girl she looked super stressed out. Management needs to do better.
I’ve ordered from the eastex location twice, love the popcorn shrimp and fries, would love it more if they could remember to give me the tartar sauce I keep trying to order with it.grrr 1st time the completely forgot and this second time I got cocktails sauce, Not what I asked for. I want Tartar sauce!!
The shrimp ? tackle box is something good to order. I enjoyed it and got a side order of mashed potatoes with it along with fries. Have ordered it a few times since it is a seasonal item on the menu. It was fairly empty inside so I had to sit in.

Worst experience ever. I grew up in this area so I should've known though. I simply asked for xtra hot sauce and napkins and she closed the window. Than I had to go inside to exchange my mashed potatoes I didn't ask for. Than to top it off I got home right , sat down , gave my son his food. Opened my 3 SPICY tender combo, took a big bite that was supposed to be delicious. Turned out to be devastating my 3 piece combo was not spicy. I waited in a 30 minute line to order my fav number even after popeyes changes the menu. I didnt even get my correct food. And also the tackle box is for toddlers my 8 year old nephew laughed at tackle box. SMH
