Great service tany
I haven’t been to this location in years because the staff was always rude and impatient with customers. They were very unprofessional and used profanity so freely, with no regard. The last straw was when I parked to go inside (due to the drive through line being so long) and as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle I was hit with the strong smell of marijuana. Tonight I drove by and saw a new staff, so I went in and I’m glad that I did. The manager (Edgar) greeted me, he was very nice and professional, but most of all he showed every customer that they mattered!!! The other staff members that I interacted with showed compassion and professionalism as well… I’ll definitely be returning!!!
This is close by and nice people but I will drive to the next one because every time I come here something always happens. This time I went there tonight in a hurry to get food. They messed up multiple things. I got the 14 piece and asked for sauce. They forgot the sauce even though I said it to them twice. That was not a big problem so I waited in line for about 10 minutes to just get sauce and I was still nice because people forget. It happens. What is not okay is ordering a 14 piece and getting 13 or only 1 breast and 3 thighs. The rest legs and wings. NOT OKAY!! This upsets me very much. I tried calling to let them know but they did not answer…. EVERYTIME something is messed up. I suggest driving to another if you actually want to get what you paid for…
I didn’t have the complete amount of money for a simple chicken sandwich. The man waved me over to the drive in window to except my request. Not only did Edgar give me His discount rate, but some change of his own helped cover the sandwich. ( I wasn’t driving btw) He didn’t have to do any of this, but when the order was ready, it came with a strawberry lemonade and two biscuits w/o asking.This may not mean much to some, but if you’ve ever been really hungry it’s a gift from God.Thank you very much Edgar and Jonathan
Got there at 955pm . Pablo told me it was closed. I told him that was not good costumer service. He replied only have biskets.You're service is terrible.One employee makes you look super bad . No quality training at all.

I ordered Chicken Tenders, I heard the manager ask the cook...how long before Chicken tenders come up? He replied 60second .she proceeded to take another order .The Cook placed freshly cooked tenders in the tray, she then fix my order. I politely looked at my tenders, they was old,dried, and half cold.I asked for the freshly cooked ones. The Moral of the story Always Check Your Order before you leave.
I wish zero stars was an option. This was an absolute terrible choice for a restaurant. First of all, they have a money scam going on there. I advise you to call the police right away. In an effort to mislead me they claimed my money was fake and counterfeit so they could pocket my cash. Do not fall for this trick, it's an old played out trick and it seems they have gotten away with it enough to continue. I came across two other people who got scammed at this establishment. I got my money back and she bribed me with a free meal(food was disgusting) Just giving a heads. If you experience this issue >>>call the police.
The food at this Popeyes is always freshly cooked. The staff is very courteous too. The location is a bit difficult to get to. But, it's worth it!
