They must have known I'm pregnant and craving some pizza. Despite bad reviews my pizza last night was off the chain. It was hot, fresh lots of cheese and took about 30 minutes to get here. I don't know maybe make sure you tip something and they'll make sure your order right. Besides now days jobs like these are not worth the pennies so at the very least I appreciate as a customer someone making my food right. I wish I could have tipped more. I appreciate food service workers, they put up with a lot and they definitely deserve more money. God bless
Ordered a pizza online for delivery. Called store and hung up on 3 times! Finally got thru and said it wasn't delivery, argued with me. I told that lady the app asked for driver tip, and still wouldn't drive it to me. Poor attitude and I justoved here with over 500 points! Too bad, I'll never order there again already regretting moving here from Cypress!
I ordered a pizza tonight and I am very unhappy. My delivery took over an hour and was cold when I received it. I called the store and all I could get was an; I'm sorry. No, would you like to return it for a fresh pizza or nothing. Really Pizza Hut
I ordered my pizza for a 4:00 pick up. It must have been in the hot box for hours as the entire pizza was brown and overcooked. There was only 1 employee working and the wait to pick it up was very long because of it.
Honestly better then expected! Most of these reviews I see seem like rants about delivery and wait times. I placed my order for curbside and granted did not get my order when the app said it was ready the employee did come out and apologize for the wait. Pizza was decent best thing was the cheese bread 10/10!
Have all employees to wear mask, and wear gloves while preparing orders, ex. Pizza.
I never received the pizza. Order was placed around 6:00 pm. I received a text 7:33 pm saying it was in route. I waited until 9:30 pm to call back to ask did something happen to the delivery person. Since I never received it I ask for my money back.
Better pizza, better price. Follow cook instructions and deliver in a reasonable amount of time. Two hours or more is not acceptable especially for cold pizza with no flavor
I originally ordered at the location on fm 1960, they canceled it because they could only do carryout. I ended up ordering at the one Wilson rd. When I got there, I did curbside and no one ever came out. After 20 mins, I went inside and waited another 10 minutes, before someone came to the front and asked what I needed. It was frustrating and ridiculous! Both locations!!
Placed a curbside order, arrived and nobody was at the counter nor answering phone for over 15 min before I parked and went inside. Had to yell in the back to get someone to come to the counter and get my pizza which was waiting and ready in the pickup tray.
