Unacceptable all the way around. I was in the store for five minutes, two employees looked right at me and said nothing. My pizza looked fine, but when I got home, I could see that it was poorly cut where some slices were not slices, just strips of pizza. Most of my pizza did not have sauce on it! I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and somehow the crust was crispy and partially burned. I'm done with Pizza Hut. I tried contacting the store three times, but they don't answer the phone.

Placed a order at 6:15 on Pizzahut.com. Received a text at 6:38 that my pizza was out for delivery. Now at 8:23 - I have been cursed out and hung up on when I call asking where my food is. This store deceived to deliver my food with door dash they said. Food never comes and now they will not answer the phone. Do NOT try to get a delivery from this store. You will get cussed out and never get your food!Wilson Road humble Tx RUN AWAY!!

This is the worlds most horrible restaurant to visit, order, or pass by. On the 27th of March I ordered from this location because I was new to the city and decided why not have pizza. The order took over 2 hours to be delivered and once I called the restaurant the manager told me that he would have to call the delivery guy to bring the food back for me to receive my full refund. No apologies or store credit. Still to this day I have not received a refund. This restaurant has stolen from me and I want to get the word out there. I will be calling the news to let them know as well.

I made a mistake on my order and I didn't realize it until I got there to pick it up. They (Leticia') were very understanding. They made a fresh pizza for me right at closing time when they could have dismissed me. They were patient and polite. The pizza was good. Thank you

AWFUL. I waited over an hour for my pizza to be delivered. When I called they had completely forgot to deliver my food. When the food arrived it was lukewarm and HARD. The person on the phone didn’t even apologize. Awful experience.

Over cooked. Not sliced. Barely any cheese. None of the employees masked while preparing food. Close this location or sell it to someone who cares about their customers.I would have done better by going to Little Caesars across the street.

None of the employees making the pizzas have on masks ?If you are going to be the one who makes the pizzas and/or pulls them out of the oven to cut them, then you SHOULD HAVE ON A MASK!Seems like there should be a manager there who actually cares about the well-being of their customers, and sets an example by being masked up.

Only Jason we order a pizza with no cheese and extra sauce and extra pepperoni it’s really not that complicated. Every other manager there has been able to teach the cookout to do it they do an excellent job at buying pizza here for two years yes occasionally there’s a mistake. He straight up gives no effort to care it has an attitude towards me every single time. He’s rude, unprofessional, doesn’t deserve to be a manager has a complete I don’t give a s**t attitude I don’t care. Doesn’t care about customer service. He will not care that you’re paying for the pizza or that if it’s made right I’ve seen him be rude to so many customers and he’s extremely rude to me every single time

The management here is horrible. One of the shift managers decided to offer himself an $84 tip, a day or two after my order was placed and picked up. The main manager refunded the $84 when I went up there hut it did take a few days to areturn to my account. The service was horrible, I ordered curbside and when I called to say I was there, the shift manager that gave himself $84 rudely picked up saying he "wasn't doing no curbside" and I had to come in and get it, even though I had my kids in the car. The pizza was dry and overcooked. I let the head manager know all of this. She could have refunded my entire meal for such a horrible experience. It was only a $10 pizza. They should have paid me to go through all of that nonsense. I myself am a 6 time former Pizza Hut employee. This type of behavior is why Marcos is eating up a lot of PH market share.

I placed a delivery order at 5:35pm 1/19/22 order never arrived , called to inform them around 7:30 and get a refund . I was placed on hold 10mins and someone hung up . I called back and then Pizza Hut then says oh my 1 pizza and wings were delivered to the wrong address , they will re deliver it . And tried to give me a 20$ credit when I spent $30 and tipped on my order . I want all my money back !!!!! This is the second time this has happened I’m highly disappointed . I love 7mins away but due to covid contact I try to avoid going into places
