Was unable to get my food because they couldn't figure out how to redeem my gift cards. Had to go to another location. Employee was having a personal conversation on the phone the whole time as well. Wasted 30 minutes while they had me swiping and manual entering my card over and over. Other location figured it out immediately. My only other experience with this location was waiting 2 hours for cold delivery pizza, do not recommend.
Stopped coming to this location in person after several bad experiences with their staff members. Sometimes unfriendly, being pressured by staff to tip the person handing me the pizza (for what?), and never following the instructions I choose on the Pizza Hut phone or web app. I go to another location in person, but when I have to order delivery, unfortunately, it is this location that delivers my food. Of course, those instructions are also always ignored. Last time, they had to use a Door Dash delivery driver, and apparently, those instructions either never made it to the Door Dash delivery driver, or that driver was just as bad at following the delivery instructions.However, the food quality at this location is always good. It's the customer service that has been lacking here for several years now.
I've had the worst experience with this Pizza Hut. My husband and I waited over an hour my pizza arrived the request hard as a rock dry just cheese no sauce also my garlic boneless wings only had two wings that had still somewhere in the rest didn't they did not do anything $5 for my next return but I live out of state so I will not be returning to the area customer service is awful pertaining to the situation and I'm not happy it's not only 10:30 and I still have not ate and Pizza Hut will not do anything about it so now I'm stuck with cardboard cheese pizza and breaded boneless wings
Pizza was well made. Tasted great. Arrived quickly. Very professional driver.
Delivery person followed instructions and waited in their car and made sure I got my order. He texted me when the order was delivered at my front door and was very polite and kind.
Give me a free 2 large pizzas with 8 piece wings. Same order I purchased. The original order was over cook. :(

No I did not order anything from here. This place stanks so bad it is ridiculous. It smells like a terrible sewage odor from I don’t know where. All I know if the city inspection department comes in they need to make them clean their sewage line out. Lastly I must tell the truth the restroom was clean and the only reason I went in there is because I had to use the restroom (#1), so badly I had no other choice but to go in quickly to release myself and straight out the door I went after that. Please if you going to run a restaurant please let it be filled with the aroma’s of fresh pizza, clean air and cleanliness.
I chose to personalize my pizza. I did not choose tomatoes, and the restaurant put tomatoes on the pizza. Also, the restaurant called advising me that they did not have salad, and asked if I wanted something else. I asked them if I could get the refund back and she stated no,and that I could substitute. I then asked to replace the salad with garlic bread and she said no. So I asked her what I could get, and she told me French fries. I asked her if it was Pizza Hut I was talking to and she said yes. The salad I chose was $5 and the French fries they substituted it for was not enough for $5 worth.
