Order at your own risk. Worst pizza and customer service I ever had. Took over an hour and 30 minutes to get the pizza. At an hour I called they said they just gave it to the delivery driver. Yet website said it was out for delivery a half hour before. Pizza arrived Definitely not hot Definitely not Crispy. Time to find a new Pizza place.
Most ratchet and ghetto establishment I’ve ever been to. Ally Jones and Michele Richardson both came outside like they wanted to fight me on the clock. After asking for a refund the manager Michele threw my money on the floor. She cursed me out like she wasn’t a manager, told me she would slap me. She said management wasn’t going to do anything and that they encourage her to talk to customers this way.
The cheese looks like jelly there's a white thing that's turning green that i have no idea what it is. It's just not good at all. Papa John's across the street is a million times better
This place is absolutely horrible. People need to not EVER give their credit card information over the phone to any employee here, especially the girl Toni. She put an additional charge on my account and then ARGUED that there was nothing she could do to remove it. She was rude, loud and had nerve to tell me she was the highest and no one over her. I will never spend my money there ever again. If they have kids like that working and have access to customers credit cards I’d be extremely careful
I ordered one large pizza at 7pm. According to the app delivery time said 35 to 45 minutes. At 8pm still no pizza. Tried to call and no one answers the phone. Never again this location should be shut down for lack of customer service. I went to store to pick up my order. When i got there i waited another 2.0 minutes. Was given what i thought my pizza i ordered. And realized it was the wrong pizza. Having a pork allergy inwas given a pizza with pepperoni and sausage. I ordered pepperoni and mushrooms. Don’t know if they were trying to kill me on purpose or not. I went back and i was finally give the right pizza. I was given a 15 dollar store credit. Hope it is useful at other locations. I will never order from this location again
This is third of the last three times my order has come to my home wrong . The time before this my pizza was over cooked , I took it back to the location the manager himself cook me another . I figured I would try the again since it was fixed . Well tonight my children wanted pizza I spent 79 dollars and one of the pizzas was a medium and not the large that I ordered . Also was a thin crust which is impossible to get full on . I would have taken everything back but we waited over an hour and my children were hungry . But next time it will be dominoes or even Marcos before coming to this location again . As much as I spend I want our food to be correct. And it doesn’t even taste like other Pizza Huts .
Please make sure that your product is in good condition and not expired. The pizza I ordered was so bad we threw it away and ordered elsewhere. I ordered a stuffed crust and a small cheese pizza. The cheese inside the crust looked and tasted like curdled water and milk and the dough on both pizzas tasted sour. I was so incredibly disappointed that I will make sure to never order from this location ever again.
I ordered delivery from this store. I received a call from the store asking if I could pick up my order instead but that was not possible for me at that time which I why I paid a 5 dollar delivery fee. An hour later I get a text confirming that our food was “on the way” and we ended up getting it almost 2 hours after that text. So all in all, it took THREE HOURS to receive our food. It was no longer fresh. It was cold and we ended up having to heat it back up in our oven at home! Very bad experience.
Very rude always late! I've waited over 2 hours for my pizza no one wants to answer, if they do, they hang up. They are 8 minutes from me and my pizza has been out for delivery for 1 hour???? So sloppy and still waiting! Not the first time but it will be the last. Goodbye piece of trash store!
My pizza taste as if it was cooked too fast or removed from the oven before it was completely cooked. I was very dissatisfied with the pizza. A total waste of my money!!!
