Decent Pho - Broth is a 3/5…the amount of protein provided however is a 6/5. Normally I round up to help small business, but the both was missing something that the other really good pho places have.
I love the bum tom, bi, thit nuong, cha gio. The flavors are delicious. I also love the jackfruit smoothie.
I got take out. It’s a nice little place. Fresh and reasonably priced but the flavor. The pho has good flavor but it’s missing something like a part of its soul is not there. I got the Thai tea as well but it was missing some sweetness and cream. The sauces were also a tad on the simple side, which can be good if done well but… I will try dine in and see if the experience is better..
How do you guys have stuff on the menu and then tell us that you run out of it? This has happened NUMEROUS amounts of time. We called ahead of time to make sure there was spring rolls because they told us last time they ran out. They told us they had them. We arrived at the restaurant and were told no there's not any. Why would you tell us on the phone there was but when we arrived there wasn't any? Their food is delicious but their management is HORRIBLE. If something runs out or low in the kitchen, there should be more to replace it by keeping up with their inventory. This has happened way to many times. I understand once or twice but any more is unacceptable. You would think that if customers are asking for them that you should make more of it to keep up with the demand. I'm just more upset that they literally told us over the phone minutes before we got there that there was some when they could've been honest and said there wasn't instead of wasting our time. For this, I would NOT recommend this place.
Outstanding pho destination! The broth is light and tasty, great meat suggestions, the tendon here is excellent!
They have the best Mango smoothie/Bubba drink I have ever had. You can taste the fresh mango and it tartness in the smoothie, thank you so much for whoever prepared it. I had the Pho Thai nam, the famous Pho and the noodles were soft/ almost soggy, the meat didn't look like the flat steak meat we usually get with the Pho and it was curled together ( please see photo) but to be honest, it tasted very good. Now the Pho itself was just Ok, trust me i had much better tasting Pho in Northwest Florida and in Birmingham. The service was quick and friendly and the prices were very reasonable. I also saw the servers helping out with cutting the lettuce and vegetables out in the serving room instead of the kitchen ( please see pictures). Don't you think this process should take place in the kitchen in a sanitary condition instead of infront of the customers who are eating lunch and/or dinner?
Hands down my fav pho place! The staff is always so welcoming and attentive. The food is fresh and brought put fairly quickly. They often get real busy during lunch so that tells you they're a great place for lunch! The quality of meats are amazing and I always get the same thing.. always a happy customer! Thanks guys!
This place is always very good. The staff is very helpful and friendly from the moment you sit down till checkout. Fresh ingredients and very good hot food. Only con is the prices have gone up for past two years. Besides that, love stopping by for lunch and dinner here; I'm a regular.With that said, I wouldn't listen to reviews from "local guides", like "Nancy Estrada" saying this place isn't authentic. Both locations are family run/owned. Don't get why someone not of the national background, would even say that. Reviews like those are based on one time experiences, so I wouldn't trust them.
they are our preferred place for Pho... no other has come close and we have tried most in the area!!
I have tried a lot of pho and this place probably has the best pho I have tasted. They have a choice of small, medium, and large. I got the medium (the medium is usually the standard size for other places). The large can feed 2 people with an average appetite. It tasted authentic and the employees were very attentive.
