My team and I (4 total) went out to eat at this place today. 2 of us ordered a pho bowl ($13.75 each as shown on the menu). The other two colleagues ordered the Rice bowl with pork/shrimp ($13.00 each). We got 2 sodas ($3)/2 water and a side order of spring rolls ($5.00). When we went to check out the total was $88.00. We didnt even realized we got overcharged until we were driving back to our job. We called the management and they told us "oh yeah the prices have increased" each plate we got was actually $16 bucks each and the spring rolls we got were actually $5 per spring roll (ARE YOU JOKING!?). These prices were not listed on the menu, in what pho establishment do you see where they charge $5 per spring roll. They realize they overcharged us and made up new prices on the spot when they called us back. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
Dishwater soup, coffee so sweet it had lumps in it. Expensive! Never again. Now I see why on a Saturday after 6:00 We were the only customers.
First time trying this place because the pho place i usually go to was closed. Came in for lunch and they didn't seem that busy, but they did only have one waiter. He was a bit occupied when we came in but eventually told us we could sit wherever. He was decently attentive and took our order in an expeditious manner. The egg rolls tasted amazing and the broth was pretty good. I got the brisket and rare steak pho. The quality of meats were sub par but overall was satisfied with my visit.
Very friendly staff and very delicious food. I recommend the Steak and Meatball Soup with some Spring Rolls.
Great Pho. Spring rolls were really good too. Nice people
I been coming here is good place to eat soup but i just notice in my receipt he be adding extra something even i just order soup and water w eggroll he end up you charging 30 for that i don't even know what his doing.
This place is just ok. First time we came it was an ok experience. Pricey as far as Vietnamese comfort food goes. But this second time was a disappointment.1. Wife ordered a large rare steak n brisket pho. Food portions are getting smaller and the meat servings in their soups is lacking. Broth was ok.2. This is the first time I’ve ordered Vietnamese iced coffee and didn’t like it. It was brought out premade and mixed in a plastic cup. Part of ordering it at the table is watching the brew drip process happen and mixing the milk n coffee to perfection. Didn’t happen here. And it was bitter af. Their ratio of coffee and condensed milk was way off. I asked the server for a little extra condensed milk and she pours out coffee mate hazelnut flavored creamer?! Gross!3. Ordered my kid a small bowl of broth and noodles and they brought out a tiny cup bowl filled with noodles and very little broth. Last time we came they gave us an actual kid sized bowl.4. I ordered their beef vermicelli bowl, hardly any beef and the dish wasn’t even hot. It was barely warm. For the price, I’d expect more. If a customer told me something was off with the flavor of a beverage I’d replace it immediately with one that tastes right. It’s just a letdown since there aren’t many good quality pho restaurants in Humble. Too bad because this place could be great with some effort.
Food here is not bad. Will be coming back again
The Pho was so delicious. Only place I go now 2 get my Pho.
Great food , a little pricey. The owner knows my order, which seldom changes. Friendly and clean.
