This is the 3rd time I ordered online and the delivery time was 2 hr wait, so I wait and call to check on the order, I was told it was ready just waiting on a driver, 30 mins later still no pizza, call back Im then told its on its way out in 5 minutes, 45 min later still nothing, never again
Never received pizza. Simple pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. 2.5 hours later called again and canceled order.
I'm pretty picky about pizza being as I'm part Sicilian. So, when I say you have to try their Spinach and Roma Tomato Specialty pizza with alfredo sauce and add that Epic Stuffed Crust to it before finalizing your order, you will be happy you listened to me! It's so delicious! ?❤
I ordered a pizza from here I was told 30 to 45 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes I called, they told me my pizza woule be there within 10 minutes and that it was already out for delivery. After ten minutes had passed, I called yet again. I was told the delivery driver was at the light 2 minutes fron hotel. 27 minutes later my pizza was still not here. I called back yet again, told them I am going to bed.
Sorry to see that this place has so many bad reviews. When I left it had the best management back in the 2011-2016 years. Was a great joy to work here because everyone was treated like family.
I disgusted when I picked up my pizza's and looked up to see one of the workers picking up the meat with his bare hands and when I mentioned it to the guy that was handing me the pizza's he brushed me out the door. I will never order another pizza's ever again.

Honestly food good but the time they take is horrible don't usually leave bad reviews but happens all the time here going to a different poppa John's for now on
