So on my last visit there was a sticker fried into my fried shrimp battered and everything. So I bring it to my server Lexi attention. She replied ok gonna get my manager to remove that for you. A replacement would have been sufficient. Instead I ended up paying for it had plenty left to take home but it was taken away. Called once home realizing I paid for the item. And James and I had a long conversation that ended with him offering to replace my frito misto and add an dessert. So on yesterday’s visit I nicely mentioned it to the Manager on duty thinking maybe James wrote it down or communicated it with other managers. But her response was I’ll honor the app but come back when he’s here for the rest. I asked when does he work again she walked away to check and I mentioned to a friend it would be as simple as calling him. She returned and said I called him and he doesn’t remember you but I’ll go ahead and honor the appetizer anyway. To meThat is bad customer service. A piece of hair was in my soup ??. And the restaurant ALWAYS SMELLS LIKE ROACH SPRAY.
When we walked in there were several employees standing at the front but no one greeted us or said be with you in a minute or anything. When we were finally asked how many, we were then taken to a dirty table in a crowded room. We asked if we could wait a few minutes for a table in a more open area but were told no, that was their most open area. Ultimately we left because the customer service was clearly lacking. We frequent olive gardens all over and have never received this type of service before. Very disappointing.
This was my second time at this location . It was such a delight. Waitress was extraordinary, place was clean. I was amazed how quick our food came out, since it was pretty busy. Food was on check. Recommend going to OG with family and friends ❤
The soup was good.....Marcus, server's shirt so tight, it's unprofessional.Forgets friend's main meal, forgets cheese, serves salad with no green lettuce, withered with brown spots & mainly chunks of inner white section of an iceberg.Bread sticks are stale on the ends.Prices have gone through the roof! Chicken Alfredo now $17.99!!!
My first time here (new to the area). Pasta under cooked & bland. Calamari greasy. I ordered to go and there was no utensils offered. I will not be returning here and I will not be recommending this particular place.
The food was delicious and the service was great. The salad, pasta and soup were on point with no complaints. The waitress was very attentive with us and would refill our drinks, check up on us, make light conversation and we would all be smiling and laughing. Great food and great atmosphere.
A bit slow bar service, was disappointed with the toasted ravioli but that's my fault, should have known what I was getting into.
They took over 45 minutes to bring our food out but the waitress apologized and truly made us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
I always pretty much go for the soup and the salad. My daughter got the fettuccine alfredo. We pretty much loved our experience at this location. We loved the waitress who took our order and who was waiting on us. She was very nice. She was very sociable & very personable. We talked to her about a plethora of things like dogs etc. However, we experienced a very strange smell the minute we walked in and it was very unpleasant.
I’m not going to lie, Olive Garden won’t compare to any of the best Italian restaurants in a Little Italy in any particular city. But they have very good food at a great value.Recently, we had returned from a trip to Philly and were starving upon our return, so we decided to go to the Olive Garden in the area. I was happy that we did, as it was probably the best restaurant that we had eaten at in those past four days. What made it even better was our waiter, Patrick who was over the top attentive and so professional. So much so that I never forgot for over a month that I owed him a Thank You letter. Please give him a raise and make him a manager if he so chooses. Please keep up the great work, and we will be sure to stop by after our next trip out of Intercontinental. Happy Thanksgiving.
