Ordered online to be picked up at 10a, picked up about 1030a and the cake was perfect the young little men loved it she even added a bow for $7 that went well with our spiderman theme ....cakes are always DELICIOUS
Everything was super convenient From start to finish Cake was super moist pretty decor smiling welcoming staff and the store front was So Pretty for SPRING ! ? 10/10
So am I the only one that gets a sour attitude from the staff with each visit? It’s like it’s an issue or they are too good to serve the customers. If the cakes weren’t so yummy, I would NEVER return.
Of course Nothing Bundt Cakes gets five stars! Why wouldn't they? They're courteous, the storefront is always clean, and the product is consistent! Delicious!
I had an emergency and showed up 10 minutes before the closed. The staff was friendly, patient and attentive. I had my order and wad back out the door and they still had 3 minutes until closing. Just amazing. This was my first time but they have made a customer for life
I checked them out online, but could not find what I was looking for. I only wanted 1/2 dozen of the small Bundt cakes for a birthday gift. So I called. Got someone very rude on the phone. She told me I could ONLY order a dozen of the little cakes. I asked if they were sold individually, and if I could order 6. Then she replied " oh yes, I guess you could do it that way". So, I proceeded with my order. She mentioned that I had to pay for it now, which wasn't a problem, and also said there was a chance I would have to wait due to the holiday. No problem. I think their cakes are expensive, $30 for 6! When she brought them out to me, they were in a brown paper bag. All the other orders were in a nice box or wrapped in cellophane. Really? $30 for a brown paper bag. Not impressed!
These are the BESTEST and I LOVE LOVE THE BUY 1 GET 1 FREE
As a customer who has patronized the Nothing Bundt-Atascocita location more times than I can remember, I am quite disappointed in the service I received today. As soon as I walked into the store, I received a not-so-pleasant greeting from a young lady on the other side of the counter (identified as "Jayce" on my receipt). Thinking that she may have just had a bad day, I proceeded to place my order, which consisted of 2 bundlets and an assortment of bundtinis. The young lady stated that I would receive one of my bundlets at the end of my visit as it was a special order (which, of course, I completely understood). After bringing the bundtinis out and handing them to me, I placed them on the counter and stated that we could just leave them in place until I receive the rest of my order. Now, in hindsight, I can understand how that would be a bad idea as more customers were bound to come into the store to make a purchase. Nevertheless, I was not impressed with the response I recieved from the employee. "How about we not put it there..." is how her response started, followed by her placing the box behind the counter, then proceeding to talk to her co-worker about issues with her back and how "on edge" she had been throughout the day. Now, don't get me wrong - I understand that people have bad days (heck I've had plenty) and would never expect anyone to do cartwheels upon me entering their establishment; however, the Nothing Bundt emplyeee I encountered today did nothing more than make me feel uncomfortable due to her very negative demeanor, which is sad becuase of the generally pleaseant experiences I've had in the past. Although I can't say that I will never visit again, it may not be anytime soon...
Where do I begin...It was a beautiful August day, a very special one because it was my birthday. The day started with a trip to the Turkey leg hut, which I highly recommend, but it took a detour when family recommended Nothing Bundt Cakes for a complimentary mini bundt. I was pretty excited about experiencing something new, being a baker myself. Well... I guess new isn't always good.My daughter and i entered the quaint little shop, it was a sight to see. Beautiful mini bundt cakes nicely displayed and shelves full of accessories. I was like a kid in a candy store. When the young lady behind the counter started to take our order the amount of negative energy she put off was palpable. By negative energy I mean her eye rolling and side eyeing and the pointing and whispers to her coworker. It was rude and a very poor example of what customer service should look like for an establishment such as this. She proceeded to put my daughter through a maze of hoops all so I could sample a complimentary birthday cake. We politely stepped to the side so she could wait on other customers while my daughter searched for the email she requested but her unprofessional behavior told me it wasn't worth the effort and by then I didn't want the cake. On principle my daughter decided I was getting my mini bundt cake even if it meant her paying for it. Another young lady who listened to the entire exchange helped us at the far register. After I picked the flavor my daughter attempted to pay for the cake and this wonderful young lady did not accept it. She looked at my DL to verify it was in fact my birthday, handed me the cake with a smile and wished me a happy birthday. I waited a day before I ate that mini lemon bundt cake. It was delicious, I'd even go so far as to say it was the best I'd ever had.For the cake itself I'd give you 5 stars but for the customer service I subtracted 4. It was the worst best experience of my life. It was good and bad enough that I don't ever have to do it again. So Thank you, I guess.
The 1 star comments don’t lie. The customer service here is HORRIBLE! Especially if you’re speaking with Sydney. I placed an order over the phone bc I was having issues doing it online. She was rushing me and I even ask her do you want to do this? Bc you’re rushing me. Her whole attitude and tone was just nasty. Learn some manners women. Sent me the receipt and the name was spelled wrong. Had to call again to fix it. Please just fire her and get someone who wants to do the job and knows about customer service. I was just trying to do something special for our friends and I get this awful women on the phone.
