I ordered through door dash. My meal is not edible! Noodles, veggies, & beef are MUSH! Wings dry and hard! Called to see if they could redeliver food to me and manager said no & that all I could do was contact DD FOR CREDIT. If I didn’t have an infant twin hospitalized right now I would go up there no problem. It’s the fact that the manager did not apologize or acknowledge the concerns of food quality. I can deal with a mistake but it’s the lack of customer service ! I spent $55 for trash.
I think it’s of the best Thai restaurants in the area. We have to drive 20 miles just to eat here. The only disappointment today was I didn’t think their AC was working. I could see the servers were fanning. I asked our waiter if the AC was broken and he said, “it’s just too hot outside.” Then I realized he was lying!!!!! They had the front door open. You won’t keep the door open if you have your AC on.Fix your AC and don’t lie to your customers!!!!
Recently came here for some Thai food. we ordered the Pad Thai, Red Curry, Crab Angel's, and shrimp rolls. the food was delicious, Favorite item was the Pad Thai which was full of flavor with a kick to it.the place is nice and clean. and the staff is friendly
We were not super impressed. The waitress did not write our order down, and couldn't get it right just repeating it back to us. Of course our food was messed up. (Sides wrong/spice level wrong) We typically order our food very spicy and she didn't put that in, so it was not spicy at all. :( the food was alright. It was much more bland than we are used to. Thai food is known for being extremely flavorful.I don't see us returning anytime soon.
I walked out...the place was so grimy that I didn't want food from this place. Filthy is all remember. Walls have never been cleaned. Sticky & greasy menus. Greasy, sticky floors. Bathroom door so dirty & grimy. Then looked up and noticed that this place is ran by very young adults. No one to tell them to scrub this place clean. The owners should ashamed of selling food in such a filthy environment. Wonder how many code violations they have here.
Came in with my fiance and mother in law. It was about 3pm so it was pretty slow, we had a young waitress with blue eyes and brown hair. She was super helpful, made great recommendations and was super funny. The food was great, we had a party with one vegan and two vegetarians, she made sure that everything was safe for us to eat. Great staff, good food and can't say much about the atmosphere but it seems like it would also be great.
Please add peanut sauce back to your online ordering. This is the only Thai food place I’ve been too that does not include peanut sauce with the pad Thai and you don’t even have the option to add it or put in any order notes anymore. We usually get it added by calling but we are not trying it just get it for free and even this it hit or miss whether or not it actually ends up in the bag. My boyfriend WILL NOT eat his food without it and throws a temper tantrum every time. We order from here A LOT and I don’t want to stop ordering from you guys over freaking peanut sauce. Needless to say, it wasn’t in the bag after calling twice and the second time I called was actually to cancel the order and the only reason I didn’t was because the girl said she would make sure it was in there.
We love Nara Thai! Excellent food and great people. Everything is great but our favorites are the red curry, Pad Thai and Tom Kha Gai.
Just got this doordashed to crosby and oh my goodness the food was incredible! Somehow it stayed nice and steamy hot on the way to me. Almost 45 minutes with traffic. It was my first experience with this restaurant and it definitely won't be my last! The crab puffs were the best I have ever had in my life! I couldn't get enough of them and the pad Thai I requested medium and it definitely brought the heat!
My family and I went during New Years, and had a pleasant experience. Our server checked on us regularly and was friendly. Our food came out quick too!
