They forgot to add the sauce specified on the order. When I tried to call them about it, the automated system kept saying it was unable to connect due to technical difficulties. Not sure what's going on there.The service picking up the pizza was pretty bad, just employees standing around and not recognizing when someone walked up.It's usually pretty good, but tonight was not their night.
I was there with my grandgrlz and so was an unruly customer. Manager Jacqueline and employee Caitlin handle themselves with the utmost professionalism. Manager remained calm, understanding and very apologetic about what cause the customer to be upset as the customer continued to display how upset she was. As a manager, I was very impressed with how Jacqueline displayed her professional etiquette. She and Caitlin deserve recognition.You both ROCK!
Staff was deep cleaning when I went in. The place smelled like cleaner mixed with pizza. Not a good smell. Happy they decided to clean but it's like they tried to deep clean all at once. Had to wait for them to go get ingredients.
Great customer service...seems management has changed.Very organized and professional team.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK! We didn't want to eat our pizza because the meal they prepared for us didn't taste nice. The employees there were nasty and aggressive with me and my friends this evening. Two of the employees continued to vape inside the restaurant. While we were there, the same two workers kept talking about me and my friends, and one of them began harassing my friend in front of a large group of people. One of the male workers proceeded to tell a customer to beat up one of my friends. We will never return due to the awful cuisine and the horrible attitude of the employees!
The pizza are quite okay according to your choices.Sometimes the pasta is too much crunchy, they pass the oven cooking time.Tables not always clean specially outdoor.&&& the workers are a bit expeditive .
We have been here a few times, and all other times were great. Todays visit was horrible. My daughter has a dairy allergy so we order hers with dairy free cheese. Mind you, I told them this as soon as we began ordering. The lady who makes her pizza almost doesnt change her gloves from making previous pizza that had regular cheese. All the meats are covered in mazzarella. Kindly asked to have meats for my daughter pizza that have not been touched. Was given an attitude. I do understand cross contamination is impossible to avoid in a pizza place with regular cheese... but there is a lot more they could do prevent it a lot more. We ordered a mega dough and it was completely burnt.. we love MOD pizza due to the dairy free option but if you have a dairy free kiddo, id avoid this location at all cost. Completely disappointed.
TERRIBLE. I ORDERED 9 PIZZAS FOR DELIVERY. I SPECIFIED ON EACH ONE I NEEDED A RANCH CUP. I SPENT $110 ON THESE PIZZAS TO BE DELIVERED WITH NO RANCH. I CALLED TO SEE WHAT THEY WANTED TO DO, AND THEY SAID THEY COULD DELIVER ME SOME RANCH BUT IT WOULD TAKE 45 MINUTES.... WHEN I SAID OUR PIZZAS WOULD BE COLD, SHE TRANSFERRED ME TO THE STORE AND NO ON THERE PICKED UP THE PHONE. I WANTED A REFUND AND WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION. THE LADY ON THE PHONE SAID THE MANAGER AGREED TO GIVE US A PARTIAL REFUND AND ASKED WHAT AMOUNT I THOUGHT FAIR? UPON TRYING TO EAT OUR PIZZAS, ONE WAS RAW/NOT DONE, 3 WERE CHARRED SO BAD ON THE BOTTOM WE HAD TO TRASH THEM BECAUSE THEY TASTE LIKE CHARCOAL. ONE OF THE CALEXICOS I ORDERED WAS MISSING THE BUFFALO SAUCE. COMPLETE TRASH AND INCONSISTENCY. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN.
Really yummy! The staff is friendly and they work hard to keep things stocked and clean
The staff is super friendly and always remembers my name when I come in. Pizza is great and since I'm vegan it is great to have a pizza option in the area that I can eat.
