My Church's group had a date night that ended up here tonight and I can't say enough good about the time we had. The flavors were on point tonight. The place was clean. But what really did it for me was the service. Several months back my family came in and I swore to never come back because the customer service was so terrible. However, tonight we had topnotch customer service. Kiara and Louis were polite and accommodating to our group. I can't say enough good about them tonight. Thanks Kiara and Louis for changing my mind about this place. Yall rock.!
Thank you to Kiara and Louis for outstanding kindness and a warmth that is rare. We were part of the couples group from New Life Church in Kingwood that came Saturday Night. We have a Menchies closer to our home, but they're kindness makes me want to make the drive. Menchies truly has a gift in those two. Thank you both. You guys are a blessing!!!!❤
Place didn't have all flavors working, fruit just looked old and didn't have everything out like other menchies
Awesome froyo. Though I personally felt the toppings were very sweet for my mouth. Will definitely stop by whenever am in the area.
We have always loved Menchie’s and they have delicious froyo cakes!! It was a big hit at my daughter’s birthday.
They have about 5 flavors ( all chocolate ) they have no fruits
This store is so disappointing we visited last week and they had no fresh toppings. The trash can was over full and spilling trash on to the floor. Inside of the store is dirty. I’m so disappointed because Menchie’s has always been our favorite.

Been coming here for a few years now. By the end of 2019, it was apparent that the quality of service was going down hill. There were only 4 or 5 same flavors available for weeks, some basic toppings were missing, and the topping containers were falling apart. I stopped coming to this shop for a few months for these reasons. I started coming back here after Covid and learned that it was under new management. IMO, the new owner has been making great improvements to the place. New infrastructure and new promotions (right now they offer $25 all cakes and BOGO for grab-and-go boxes, which I love!). I’ve been coming here more often even though I moved away from the area. Hope the new owner keeps up the good work!
