Ordered curbside pickup through the mobile app and food arrived late and cold. I notified McDonald's of this through the app and was assured by corporate that the restaurant would be in touch and make it right. This was a week ago roughly. Received an email from the restaurant today saying they only provide quality food and service and offered no kind of customer service to make it right. Absolutely horrible for a restaurant the size of McDonald's. Will not be returning to this location. I now understand why they have a 3.7 review at the time of this rating
I purchase a mango and pineapple smoothie. For the price I paid it should have been filled to the top. Not 1 or so inch from the top. I said something about it and the guy at the window offered to refill it but the way he said it I didn't trust the someone wouldn't do anything to my smoothie so I told him I was good. I did the math on the cost of the drink and how much they shorted the drink and they are profiting about an extra 68 cents per drink.
This places drive thru is very busy at lunch and breakfast. Lines are long . But food is hot and orders are correct. People in window are friendly
Staff very friendly, store very clean, coffee was quite hot,and done in the way I specified. French fries were hot and not very soggy. All in all a really good experience.
I had an amazing experience at this McDonald's location there was a mishap with the app but the manager and the employees graciously fixed the problem for me and my friend. The breakfast was delicious,fresh and very hot. Thank you to the manager!
The drive thru has been pretty slow last few visits.....but the people are nice/polite
McDonald's is built on 3 things burgers fries and cokes. we ordered 2 lg fries 2 large cokes we got 1 lg coke 1 lg fries and 1 small coke 1 small fries. it was all on the screen and on our receipt.
I drove bingo this McDonalds a couple of times after work and stop by around 3 AM. Every other time I do they tell me their system is updating and they cannot serve me. Is this a real thing in this day and age or is it something else. 24 hours means 24 hours. I guess that’s one way of not eating McDonalds lol.
Hands down the rudest and worst service I’ve ever had in my life, and believe me I’ve had bad experiences before. I don’t know the girls name, but she’s black and has blonde braids. She was THE absolutely rudest person I’ve ever met, and talked to me with the upmost disrespect as if I was dumb for following her instructions by coming to the second window to make payment for my food. She acted as if it was the biggest inconvenience for her to go to the back with my card and take payment. Seriously, I usually don’t go to McDonalds because their food is terrible, but it was the only place open because of the holidays. Now I understand why people choose other establishments to eat, because food and service are both garbage. And fast food workers want $15 an hour?! Lmbo, not if your service and attitude is terrible. Buyer beware!!!!
Literally never give us sauce unless we ask them multiple times at the last window. Why even ask what sauce I want if you're not gonna give me any? They act like I'm asking for the sauce off their plate. I've worked at McDonald's doing the same job, it really isn't that hard guys
