I had been here before and it was a bad experience, decided to give it another try and AGAIN, I ordered 20 nuggets with bbq sauce and a basket of fries for my kids, I get home and I only have the fries and two 0.99 cent cheese buggers with BBQ sauce then I call them and they never answer and you can't even leave a message because their voicemail is full, this McDonald's is one of the worse McDonald's I've been to, never going back again, horrible service and horrible McDonald's!!!!! I give them 1 star because I can't give them 0 starsI tried calling 11 times, good luck getting somebody to answer.
Not going there anymore. Went around 3pm. Girl in front was hiding in the back, there was a 4 person line when I showed up. I don’t mind lines, but someone literally had to tell her that she had a line and to go help. They didn’t take long to turn in orders, but my food was cold and made sloppy when I got home. I live down the street literally 3 minutes away. It wasn’t like this 2 years ago when I came more often, also the dining area was filthy and the coke machine had not been wiped down for god knows how long.
Went to drive thru I used my safe to save points didn't get the right order plus my points were deducted order was still wrong... With all that being said, I was talking to the a.m. manager & she just walks away & send a team member to talk to meet
I use to like this location but the people that currently work there do not pay attention and the hispanic woman who takes your order in drive thru needs to check her attitude and learn to listen….for example…I ordered a sweet tea with light ice…she put coffee / light ice. ?. This wasn’t the first time my order has been incorrect and then they have an attitude or look at you stupid when you correct them. Plus the fact that my daughter got sick after eating her food. Wont be going back. Learn customer service and check your food storage!
I only go to McDonald's for the coffee. The food items have too much sodium, sugar, and (probably) preservatives, all of which are sending Americans to earlier graves. Good coffee though!
I’m not a big fan of fast food places, but I’m on the run all morning had to make a quick stop for something quick.. to my luck a piece of sticker/paper/receipt was in my cheeseburger cheese
Crowded, understaffed.Why people flock to this harbinger of mediocrity is beyond me.My first time in two years, my grandson wanted a chicken nugget meal.
Very good customer service! This the only McDonald’s I can say that about. Not from this area but I’m very happy with my experience. Everyone was so nice
I stop every morning to get a frappe on my way to work. Stopped this morning & was told they weren't serving frappes at the moment so I had to order a Carmel iced coffee. After I pulled out & got down the road a good way, I put my straw in it & took a big sip and it basically tasted like water & there was no way I could turn around and go back. To top it off, my total was $6.74 & I gave the girl at the window a $20. She handed me $13.00 back & no change. I told her she didn't give me the correct change back & she then asked me "How much do I owe you?" I looked at my receipt & it showed that I gave her a $10 bill but I gave her a $20 bill & I told her she owed me $.26 and come to find out she already had the 26 cents in her other hand like she was going to keep the change for herself. I was very disappointed with my experience this morning.
Another Mc(insert time of day) meal at your convenience.
