The reason owners do not ever change the behavior of the rude employees is because a darker agenda. They want you to use the app to order and pay. Why? So they don’t have to hire so many employees. And the global push for no longer using currency. Look at Walmart now vs 8 years ago. Notice now how only a few of those machines take cash? The gov wants to be able to track their tax money. Come on. A nationwide shortage of change. Really? When you act up and try to revolt they will be able to turn your money off with the push of a button.
The Manager Tony is very unprofessional and they are racist. And he think because this is a franchise that he does not have to follow McDonald's policy. And he can treat customers especially black people any kind of way and be disrespectful. My husband is biracial and understands everything they said and told Tony and he said oh well. And then he was rude as well. I want something done.There is one lady that works there she is Hispanic and tried to tell Tony I come here everyday for my son and how nice I am. I always give her a tipAnd he (Tony ) sent her to the back so she couldn't talk. I'm not letting this go. I will complain until someone listens...
10 cars in line in front of me and yet for my order you delivered cold fries, with a double cheeseburger that was barely warm...why McDonald's why ?? Keep your cold fries because if a customer pays they expect hot food especially if they're in line waiting and there are many cars in front of them, do better!!and just to clarify for everybody McDonald's did not give me any food for free, I paid for the food so I expect hot food
I'd rather eat here at night because the staff are a lot more polite and respectful. Some of the day-time employees aren't well trained in customer service.

Coming from a cook that has to make everything to order.. it's McDonald's you know they never get your order right.
Chicken sandwich was not crunchy and fries were unseasoned.. Best part was the sweet tea and my unseasoned double quarter pounder it was alright
They don't serve breakfast like the rest do 247. Will never recommend nor come back.
I use to love coming here, but it seems when I fall in love with one of their burgers or sandwiches, they get rid of them. Big n' Tasty, got rid of it. Pico Guacamole Artisan Burger/Sandwich, git rid of it. Don't get me wrong. I'll always eventually come back for the McRib & Big Mac. But there's so much food out there that a favor over McDonald's. Besides that, I'll come back when I need a change of pace.
Do know why they still open. Every time I say I'm not going back. I'm sadly disappointed when I try again. Rude and slow employees plus the food quality have diminished through the years.
