Its a mixed area over here and are not always open 24 hours despite being listed as one when I went. They close the drive through for one, They made us go around to get my friends order separate because they only do two separate orders at a time, and three they overstaffed and still had to wait 5 minutes at the second window for 2 large orders of French fries. Don't recommend this raunchy location.
At one point thus McDonald's did have good customer service. Not great but it used to be a go too for me. In the past year this place is going down hill. Employees ignore customers on the drive through. Orders have been coming out wrong for me several times. The food is still prepared good. The customer service is lacking and something needs to change. I am sure nothing will change since the location is a hot spot.
On the morning shift, these people are rude and nasty. I have been here several times where I have been ignored, told not to come back, and the manager doesn't care about customer service. They will let you stand there for a hour, see you there ans will not address that you are there at all. I think if it were my franchise, I will hire a while new morning crew. They are very nasty towards people.The night shift is cool. No complaints about them.I should've taken a picture to let you all see how I was just standing there and they were moping and all the workers had their backs turned as if they didn't have customers at the the front.

During downtime from slowly educated particular has students, the morning cashier is deceptively seasoned & committed to running an undercover ATM FRAUD on overcharging people's cards. She sent 2 people out & is doing it to only people she feels ethnically upset with.Dishonesty ruled this morning.
Woman at the counter could not understand or speak proper English and got my order wrong. Then when the order arrived it was not fully cooked, and had to argue with the manager. They reluctantly remade the order.
The union needs to be Alerted!! This store, this particular store, doesn't do good customer service! The register showed a price and the store restaurant today at 7:30 charged my wife TWICE.My name is DianaThey charged her twice!! Totally screwed my order. Asked for 6 chicken nugget happy meal with root beer no ice. Looked in bag. Was a hot and spicy hamburger happy meal, no drink. Had to go to next window to get it corrected. Waited 4 minutes. Then still forgot my drink. Very poor management
Service was fast and food was good for the most part. I ordered a 40 piece nugget and they gave me 20 old ones and 20 new ones but my fries were the bomb so I was good!
It's McDonald's... Ice cream machine often down... An order item might be missing every once in a while.. But they're consistent..
