Customer beware. This McAlisters is secretly overcharging customers and when caught red-handed they will not give a refund for their mistake. The pictures show where the digital board is saying a chicken cesser salad should cost 9.49 before tax but what they charged was 11.69 before tax, that's $2.20 they are STEALING. They blame it on updated pricing but your telling me that they can't update a "digital" board?? The price has been changed according to them for a couple of weeks, that's plenty of time to update a pricing board that can be changed in a matter of seconds.
My husband and I have been doing a lot of traveling lately and we love McAlister's, so we have been trying lots of different locations.I can say, without a single doubt, that this is my favorite location. I usually get the Chipotle Chicken and Bacon Spud, but most locations burn the bottom/sides of the potato. Not here, though! My potato was absolutely perfect - the best one I've had, for sure.They also made sure that I had utensils, something I've had to ask for at other locations.Definitely recommend!
The food service here is ridiculous! I love mcalister. I've been going for years, but this is my first time stopping at this location. I'm so disappointed and upset! When I arrived to pick up my food, I opened the bag to check my food. The sandwhich wrap was thrown together and was missing the other half, too. Whoever put this together didn't care about the service they give the customer and apparently doesn't care about their job. The woman had sent my food back to be remade because I literally was telling them about this ridiculous service. I'm glad I did not leave! Before, this was fixed because if I got on the highway and saw this mess, I would have been mader. Plus, my crackers are missing with my soup. I never had problems with the locations in Sugarland and katy. I do not recommend this mcalister; tbh this one, location is starting to make me rethink all mcalisters now!!! Just horrible!!!
Horrible service. When I arrived no one was ready to take my order for about a good 3 minutes even though no one was in the restaurant. Than the individual working the front had some sort of temper tantrum when he had seen he had customers. The food is just as bad as the service. Also if you read an old review saying this place is clean, it's outdated because it's filthy.
Great service and good food and prices. There's a Firehouse subs and Jimmy John's nearby. I'd go here instead.
Ordered online. Brownies in the bag instead of carrot cake, was told call customer service because they are out of carrot cake. Biggest let down was my spud that was supposed to have butter, cheese, Rotel, and chipotle ranch. Was charged for all of it. So they're don't GAF
I called in an order and the employee read it back to me perfectly. By the time we got the food back, there were several problems. The only salad in the bag had no dressing though I requested an extra and it was confirmed. The bag receipt even shows the extra dressing (below) The drinks were not what we ordered…totally screwed up. This was an order for four people, not fourteen. How was this so messed up?Then upon returning to afford then the opportunity to make it right, I was met with rolling eyes, sighs, and attitude. The salad and dressing were given to me, but why have such an attitude when I wasn’t at fault??? I had to drive, in heavy traffic, in the middle of my workday to have this corrected.Horrible experience. It’s funny because I never have issues with the location in Spring/Willowbrook. I live closer to the Humble location, but I’ll never return.
I’ve ordered delivery from this location and I definitely wouldn’t recommend delivery through 3rd party apps. Several times they completely forgot sides, sauces and drinks so I no longer order delivery. BUT dining in or togo orders are almost always correct. The king club on a crescent or the orange cranberry club are the best in my opinion.
I have eaten here about 5 times and gotten something different each time and have yet to be disappointed! Friendly staff and the restaurant is always clean.
Grill Chicken club was amazing. The host Jonathan was great, and very helpful.
