I Wouldn’t recommend a small child to have a birthday party at Main Event. Also they are now charge a SERVICE fee if you book an event. I paid a ridiculous amount of money just to be told my birthday boy couldn’t play laser tag. We also played many games and did not earn any tickets. Save your money and go to Chuck E Cheese. However they did have welcoming staff.

Rented two lanes and took the kids for a night out, every team member was polite and very helpful. We ordered food and it came hot and the orders correctly executed. Our server was Caleb and he checked on us often and refilled our drinks and just overall made sure we had a great time and had everything we needed. Bathrooms were spotless and lanes were maintained, balls and shoes were clean. 5 stars for Caleb and the whole team at Main Event. Can’t wait to go back.

It wasn't bad and was somewhat enjoyable. But two issues occurred, the first is that some of the machines either don't work or improperly responsive, and the other was the meal I ordered, fries were great, but the Cali chicken sandwich had a mushy bottom bun, and the Oreo shake had this weird off taste I've never experienced with shakes.

We love Main Event. Place is always clean and sanitizer available in multiple areas. Staff has always been friendly. We love the unlimited games pass they offer on Mondays. They have an awesome obstacle course above the entire game floor, along with laser tag. So much fun for the family on any night. Pool tables and bowling are awesome too. They offer a decent snack bar but that is the one thing that could use improvement in, their options are limited, but still not bad. They offer a full bar with bar stools if you just want to chill n have a drink or you can take it with you to your area. Lots to offer for everyone.

This was our second visit to this Main Event location. The prices are higher than a lot of their competitors but their selection of arcade games is pretty good. There weren't as many non-functioning games on this trip as there were last time. The floors and restrooms were dirty yet there was no less than five of the staff members sitting around and chatting with each other. The kids had fun with laser tag, bowling, walking the rope course, and playing the arcade games. Overall, it's not a bad place to take a break and have a little fun, but not on the cheap!

Took our 3 kids and my teenage siblings. They had a good time. Wish it wasn't so packed though. We paid $150 to go laser tag and the rope couse once each and waited 2 hours to do it.. We played the games waiting and it wasn't great but wasn't terrible.

So much fun stuff to do for all ages. Not too expensive, helpful staff, food was good. Lots of fun!

Great Spring Break fun with the family. Good food and fun. oneaa!!!! One suggestion, put some smoke in the Laser Tag...

Went to celebrate my sons birthday and his only request was to play laser tag. This place had the best reviews and best prices. When we walked in they only informed us there was a 1.5 hour wait for bowling but nothing else. I got four unlimited wrist bands for the kids only to find out everything was on a two-4 hour wait and they couldn’t even use their wristbands at all. No personnel could locate management to do anything about it. So I wasted 100 dollars and wasn’t able to do anything about it. Not a happy camper

Loved the VR experiences. Sad they’re getting rid of the Birdly wingsuit racer. Both my son and husband had huge smiles after their experience!
